Lovely apartment in the historic center of Orosei, the apartment is on the first floor of a recently renovated historic house. Lovely location for a view of Piazza Sant'Antonio Abate with its Pisan tower of the '400. The house is not affected by traffic noise or the night life!
The facade of the house is dominated by a beautiful wisteria that gives freshness to the entire house and the balcony

Wonderful home! Amazing hosts!

I’ve travel a lot and this is one of the top places I’ve stayed. The kitchen has everything you’ll need. The bed is very comfy. The location is an easy stroll to all local restaurants and shops. The hosts are wonderful. We hope to stay in touch through Zoom.

Very comfortable and extremely clean apartment, central and quiet, with parking, a real gem.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and spacious with lovely comfortable beds. A quiet location, although situated centrally in Oroesi with good parking. Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly, offering good advice on the local area and services. We appreciated the wine and biscuits left for us to enjoy. Will stay again next time we visit Oroesi. Thank you, we had a lovely holiday.

We had a wonderful stay in Orosei! Giovanna and Giampaulo were excellent hosts and the apartment was fantastic. The aparment is right in town and easy walk to everything we needed. The beach at Orosei is spectacular and we loved the Spaggua Su Barone section with the tall shady pine trees. We also had a great zodiac tour of the beaches south of Orosei.The only warning is to ensure you get a small car as the streets of Orosei are very tight as is the parking at the apartment. Google Maps does not have the one way streets correctly and will send into some spots that are not passable.We highly recommend this destination and in particular this wonderful apatment.

We had a lovely stay here

We stayed here with our daughter and had a lovely time. The property is much more spacious than it looks in the photos. It was very well equipped, and great to have the use of a cool box, umbrella and chairs for the beach. The balcony was lovely to sit on, especially as the kitchen can get very hot when cooking. Orosei is a lovely town, only 5 minutes from the nearest beach and with spectacular scenery in all directions. The owners, Giavanna and Giampaolo, live above and were very helpful in every way and they made our stay extra special.

We kregen een warm welkom van de gastheer en vrouw. Ze waren zeer behulpzaam en stonden altijd klaar als we een vraag hadden. Hoewel je de hoofdingang deelt loop je elkaar helemaal niet in de weg. Het huisje is ruim, schoon en heeft een prettige sfeer met mooi balkon. Het is een mooi historisch dorpje en er zijn prachtige stranden in de buurt. De supermarkt ligt op de hoek. Alles is aanwezig voor een gezin. Een aanrader!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Uns hat die Woche sehr gut gefallen, vor allem Preis Leistung war top. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und haben uns viele tolle Tips für den Tag mitgegeben (Restaurants, Strände etc.). Wir waren als Familie zu dritt und konnten die Woche am Golf von Orosei sehr genießen.

Au cœur d’Orosei

Les propriétaires de ce magnifique appartement sont extrêmement gentils. Nous avons apprécié les grandes pièces meublées avec goût et d’une propreté exemplaire. L’appartement est très bien équipé… une place de stationnement et un joli balcon, idéal pour l’apéro ou le café matinal. Un grand merci à Giovanna et Giampaolo pour leur hospitalité et leur discrétion.

Giovanna und Giovanni sind wunderbare Gastgeber, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung sehr gepflegt und sauber. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Giampaolo e Giovanna per dieci giorni. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio. La posizione ottima per girare la sera senza dover prendere la macchina, in quanto vicino si trovano facilmente ristoranti e pizzerie dove si mangia molto bene. Con la macchina, invece, è possibile raggiungere varie spiagge in poco tempo. Per qualsiasi necessità i proprietari sono molto disponibili. In pratica, ci si sente come a casa propria!

Wunderschön und einfach perfekt!

Meine Freundin und ich hatten diese Wohnung gebucht, damit wir zwei gleichwertige Schlafzimmer hatten. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig. Alles da was man braucht. Sie ist liebevoll und landestypisch eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist wunderschön. Giovanna und Giampaolo, die Vermieter, sind herzensgute, sehr nette Vermieter, die uns viele Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben haben. Sie waren immer erreichbar. Die Kommunikation fand mittels Übersetzer statt, was teilweise recht lustig war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt bei den beiden. Das Auto konnte im Hof parken und es gibt Sonnenschirm, Badehandtücher und kleine Strandstühlchen, die man nutzen kann. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen, gepflegten Haus in der Altstadt. Abends kann man sehr gut zu Fuß essen gehen und bummeln. Orosei ist zudem ein sehr schöner Ort, ein bisschen vom Meer weg, aber daür keine Touristenhochburg. Wir haben die 12 Tage dort sehr geliebt.

Perfekte Tage in Osorei

Wir haben in der tollen Wohnung 4 schöne Tage verbracht. Giovanna und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit Hilfe des Übersetzers war super. Die Wohnung selbst liegt schön Zentrumnah aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man kann im Hof parken. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ist schön möbliert und man findet alles drin was man braucht. Eine der besten Wohnungen die wir hatten. Wir können die Wohnung total empfehlen!

"Il Glicine" bei Giovanna

Wir waren zu dritt 4 Tage in Giovanns Ferienwohnung zu Gast. Die Lage am Rande der Altstadt von Orosei ist sehr gut, um alle Aktivitäten in der Stadt fußläufig zu unternehmen. Die Wohnung im 1. Stock ist deutlich größer, als auf den Bildern zu vermuten wäre. Sie liegt in einem sehr gepflegten Altbau mit hohen Decken und dicken Mauern, was sicher im Hochsommer besonders angenehmn ist (außerdem gibt es eine Klimaanlage) Die große Wohn-/Essküche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer gemütlich, die beiden Schlafzimmer sind groß, die Betten gut, das Badezimmer ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die ganze Wohnung war piccobello sauber, es gab nicht das Geringste zu beanstanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermiterpaar war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend; ein paar Italienisch-Kenntnisse können hilfreich sein, ansonsten hilft der "translater", den das Vermiterpaar nutzt. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Besser geht’s nicht!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes, sehr sauberes, ordentliches, geräumiges Apartment. Mitten in Orosei, aber ruhig und mit wunderschönem Balkon. Wir waren glücklich, im Innenhof parken zu dürfen! Das Vermieter-Ehepaar ist ausgesprochen herzlich und gab uns wertvolle Tipps für Restaurants und Strände, die wir auch beherzigt haben. Bei der Kommunikation half uns das Sprachübersetzungsprogramm auf dem Tablet der Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar Kaffee, Öl/Essig, Salz/Zucker etc waren vorhanden. Die Matratzen waren bequem, Rollläden bzw. ein Fensterladen sorgten für eine gute Verdunklung. Die Klimaanlage benötigten wir kaum, da es Ende September nicht mehr so warm war. Insgesamt ist das Apartment unbedingt empfehlenswert!
