Loveky quiet place under a 200 yrs. Pine tree

We liked very much this little house in that quiet and nice place. The garden has a lot of shadow and also our dog had fun. Our host Giovanni was very friendly and attentive. We would book again!

Giovanni's place is beautiful and well located. It's in a quiet part of Orosei, about a 20 minute walk from the center of town and a 15 minute walk from the beach. Giovanni was quick to get back to us, brought us anything that was missing (wine glasses, cleaning supplies, etc.) and had lots of great recommendations for nearby excursions, etc. We stayed there during the hot summer months and found that the single air conditioning unit took a while to cool all the bedrooms. Need to leave all doors open. Was our only issue. Otherwise, very bucolic. We had a car, but if we were to do it again, renting bikes might be the best option, weather (heat) permitting. Highly recommend.

Giovanni’s home is perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful, hassle-free, and comfortable space. The house itself is beautiful, spotless, and features a stunning outdoor area that feels like a dream! Giovanni, Debora, and their family are some of the kindest hosts you’ll ever meet. As someone who takes around 50 flights a year for work, I can confidently say this was my best experience with a host. There is reserved parking, and the location is within walking distance of both the beach and the town. The nearby beaches are varied and pristine, offering plenty of options, making this location ideal for exploring the area to the fullest! One very important detail is that, with any stay, there’s always the possibility of something small needing attention. However, thanks to Giovanni and his family, the way any issue is promptly resolved makes the holiday a blissful and stress-free experience. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with attentive hosts and a perfect location, Giovanni’s home is an exceptional choice for an unforgettable stay. Grazie mille! 🏡

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Die Gegend von Orosei ist wunderschön. Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen und entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Im Juni war sehr viel Platz am Strand, was sehr angenehm war. Restaurants hatten ein gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis und auch in den Geschäften konnte man alles Nötige kaufen. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet. Die Küchenausstattung hätte ein bisschen umfangreicher sein können. (z.B. Besteck) Die Mikrowelle fehlte, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Besonders der Grill im Garten und die Terrasse haben uns gut gefallen. Rundum ein schöner gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Lage

Sehr nette Vermieter , Kommuniktion klappt super. Einfache saubere Unterkunft mit super Lage. Sehr gutes Internet, TV hat leider nur Italienische Sender . Armaturen in Küche und Dusche sollten mal gerichtet werden und am Gasherd funktionieren nicht alle Brenner. Wir sind damit aber gut klar gekommen und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen . Immer wieder gerne.

Schönes Haus im Grünen

Das Haus befindet sich in einer tollen Lage. Absolut ruhig, dennoch ist der Ortskern von Orosei zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Haus gehört ein herrlicher Garten zum Entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und nett. Er hat uns zur Ankunft nicht nur mit regionalen Snacks und Wein versorgt, sondern auch mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Nähe. Grazie, Giovanni!

Un angolo tranquillo a due passi dal mare

Una struttura fuori dal centro lontana dai rumori delle feste e del traffico estivo a 200 metri dal mare. I proprietari cordiali e ospitali ci hanno fatto trovare tutto quello che ci serviva e anche di più. Sicuramente ci torno e penso di portarci anche degli amici visto che la struttura è abbinata ad altre due Struttura tutte insieme possono ospitare fino a 12 persone.

La casita está súper bien ubicada, es cómoda, muy acogedora, con un hermoso entorno, jardín , parrilla. la casa è spaziosa e pulita, wifi e tutto quello che puo' servire. È vicina ad ogni servizio ma nascosta in un oasi di pace. Giardino con un fantastico barbecue e posto macchina. host super gentile e disponibile, ci hanno deliziato anche con delle verdure direttamente dall'orto. la posizione è strategica per raggiungere in pochi minuti le spiagge più belle. non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!
