The recently built attic is on the second floor of a villa surrounded by pine trees and the scent of Mediterranean bushes, preserved with the utmost respect for the original environment. The shady pinewood is always refreshed by the sea breeze and opens directly onto a wonderful beach with white sand and emerald sea. The courtyard is about 800 square meters and is at the complete and EXCLUSIVE disposal of the tenants, who are the only occupants of the property. There is space for 2 or 3 cars.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a little kitchen in the small terrace facing the sea, and is fully equipped (microwave, iron and ironing board, colour TV connected to satellite).
All rooms have good quality adjustable shutters, which provide air circulation without heating the room, and mosquito nets.
Outside 5 terraces are available, differently positioned. The laundry room is on the ground floor, with a washing machine, basin, portable barbecue and plenty of space to store bikes and beach equipment.
Sheets and towels are not included but are available as an extra (15 eu per person).
