The apartment is on the first floor of a duplex recently renovated, is located less than 150 m from the sea. It consists of living room / kitchen; bathroom with shower, two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds, a large covered veranda on the sea side and a smaller terrace which is accessed from the two bedrooms.
The apartment, furnished with care, thermally insulated and acoustically is equipped with all comforts: washing machine, iron and ironing board, LCD television, hair dryers, dishwashers, air conditioners.
Outside shower with hot water and small courtyard with private parking.

Nearby, in addition to the many beaches within walking distance, the beautiful natural oasis of Bidderosa; Berchida the beach, the small town of Orosei (about 10 km) archaeological and natural sites.

Another great holiday!!

Having stayed here last year & enjoyed the whole experience we were excited to visit again - and we weren’t disappointed!! The weather was a little mixed but we enjoyed a very relaxing break in a part of Sardinia we love!

This house was perfect for the 4 of us. Beautiful view, great location, very clean. Only complaint was the neighbor's dog everytime we were on the deck trying to fish the dog was trying to get our cast and barking. The white metal bed was very squeaky but pillows and bedding was comfy. Overall was a great little place to stay. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in Cala Liberotto - the apartment was delightful! The spacious interior and exterior is well designed & with so much light. The furniture is of a really good quality & we had everything we could possibly need in the apartment to ensure a relaxing time! The whole space had the overall feel of being well planned to create a beautiful experience. For me personally I just loved being on the terrace, in the trees with the sun shining through and a great cup of coffee! Thank you!

We had a relaxing stay at Stefania’s beach house. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with all that we needed to cook our own meals. The air conditioning worked perfectly and we were glad to have it. One of the best things about this apartment is the location. It is a five minute walk to the beach. The beach is perfect for an afternoon of swimming and relaxing. Many families out there enjoying themselves. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Stefania was easy to communicate with and she was very patient and helpful with some issues we had with the dates on the website. I would definitely stay here again.

Maison très agréable, et idéalement placée.Il y beaucoup de rangements dans les chambres, cependant l'ajout d'un petit meuble à l'entrée nous aurait été utile pour poser clefs et autres.Stefania est facile à contacter et nous a permis d'arriver à un horaire différent de celui convenu.

soggiorno ottimo

Appartamento nuovo, comodo come posizione e arredamento, abbiamo aprezzato particolarmente il terrazzo ampio e la doccia esterna. Piccolo appunto le lampade in soggiorno cucina che sono un filo con la lampadina appesa.... e forse uno specchio lungo in casa. Ma siamo stati davvero bene! Grazie alla prossima!

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich toll! Sie hat alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Tolle Ausstattung, modern, geräumig und sauber. Zusätzlich haben wir uns über WLAN, Mückengitter und die Möglichkeit gefreut, alles zu verdunkeln. Der schöne Strand ist wirklich fußläufig in ca. 3 Min zu erreichen. Und Stefania als Gastgeberin ist toll! Überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr dankbar waren wir für die flexible An- und Abreise. Falls wir wieder in der Gegend Urlaub machen, würden wir auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen!

Wonderful and relaxing stay!

Thank you Stefania! Great communication from beginning to end. We loved the place- especially the very large terrace. Very light and airy accommodation. Outdoor shower was also nice. One minute walk to a beautiful beach and maybe 5 minutes to great cafes & restaurants. We’re sad to leave but hope to return next year!

Da fehlte wirklich nichts! (Non mancava davvero nulla!)

Wir hatten ein paar erholsame Tage in einer fast neuen, perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung ist nicht nur sehr praktisch, sondern auch geschmackvoll gestaltet. Es gibt in allen Räumen ausreichenden Platz für die eigenen Sachen, auch wenn man gar nicht viel braucht, da in der Wohnung von Olivenöl über Nähzeug bis hin zum Bügelbrett eigentlich alles vorhanden ist. Der kleine Balkon an den Schlafzimmern ist perfekt um Wäsche zu trocknen, Highlight ist aber die große (mit elektrischen Dach versehene) Terrasse, die durch die faltbaren Glastüren einen großen Raum mit dem Wohnbereich bildet und von der aus man bis zum Meer gucken kann. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt etwa 300 m. Die Wohnung liegt an einer Straße im Pinienwald, ein paar hundert Meter Weiter befindet sich die 'Urlaubsmeile' von Cala Liberotto. Zum Supermarkt sind es ca. 1,5 km. Die Vermieterin Stefania ist ausgesprochen freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation verlief über Whatsapp mit Hilfe des Google Übersetzers problemlos. Ich hoffe sehr, dass wir in den nächsten Herbstferien wieder Gäste von Stefanie seien können! Google Translation: Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni rilassanti in un appartamento quasi nuovo e perfettamente attrezzato. L'appartamento arredato in stile moderno non è solo molto pratico, ma anche progettato con gusto. C'è abbastanza spazio in tutte le stanze per le tue cose, anche se non hai bisogno di molto, poiché tutto è disponibile nell'appartamento, dall'olio d'oliva ai kit da cucito e all'asse da stiro. Il balconcino delle camere da letto è perfetto per stendere il bucato, ma il pezzo forte è l'ampio terrazzo (con tettoia elettrica), che forma un grande ambiente con la zona giorno attraverso le porte a soffietto in vetro e dal quale si può guardare fino al mare . La distanza dalla spiaggia è di circa 300 mt L'appartamento si trova su una strada nella pineta, poche centinaia di metri più avanti si trova il 'miglio delle vacanze' di Cala Liberotto. Il supermercato dista circa 1,5 km. La padrona di casa Stefania è estremamente cordiale e semplice. La comunicazione è avvenuta senza problemi tramite Whatsapp con l'aiuto del traduttore di Google. Spero vivamente di poter essere nuovamente ospiti di Stefanie durante la prossima pausa autunnale!

Tutto perfetto!

La mia casa ideale nella location ideale! La casa è nuova e curatissima con ogni tipo di servizio desiderabile. La terrazza è bellissima e la doccia esterna (calda) consente di non portarsi in casa la sabbia. Il mare è veramente a 100 metri, basta attraversare la strada e la pineta e vi troverete in una spiaggia con mare stupendo. Altre spiagge sono raggiungibili a piedi in 3 minuti di cammino. Accoglienza super, disponibilità e gentilezza uniche! Sicuramente torneremo l'anno prossimo... non vediamo l'ora!

Toll eingerichtete Wohnung. Da fehlte wirklich nichts.

Die Fewo liegt sehr schön in unmittelbarer Strandnähe und ist schlicht aber sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und flexibel, was An- und Abreise betraf. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

Erholsame Ferien. Bestens geeignet für Familien mit Kindern.

Wir waren Ende August auf Sardinien. Das Haus ist nur 2 Minuten Laufweg von einem wunderschönen Strand entfernt. Abends gehörte der Strand uns alleine. Das war einmalig. Vielen Dank an Stefania für den besten Empfang trotz später Stunde bei der Ankunft. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse. Die Markise ist besonders toll, da man tagsüber vor der Sonne geschützt ist und am Abend den Sternenhimmel über sich hat. Nicht zu verkennen ist auch die Tatsache, dass man im ersten Stock ist und immer ein Lüftchen weht. Angenehm ist auch die Klimaanlage :) Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

Ganz nach unserem Geschmack!

Die Wohnung ist neu und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Fenster können nachts geöffnet bleiben, leicht zu handhabende Mückennetze schützen zuverlässig. An die Abende auf der schönen Terrasse werden wir uns noch lange erinnern. Wenn es uns möglich ist, kommen wir gerne wieder. Anfängerkenntnisse in Italienisch sind hilfreich. Restaurants in allen Preislagen sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele große und kleine Strände sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
