2 Bedroom 2 bath cabin, with gated entrance, key code security door keypad, washer, dryer, hot tub, BBQ grill, internet and direct tv service. Enclosed back deck with views to the backyard fountain and grounds. We are located across the street within walking distance to Aqua Yacht Harbor and Aqua Yacht Harbor Bar & Grill. A few miles from Freddy Ts. Restaurant and night club, Ribcage BBQ, Shake Shack and Pickwick Landing State Park.

Perfect Fishing Retreat

Great place to stay! The house was very clean, conveniently located near the boat ramps, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back at Pickwick!

Mostly wonderful

Cabin was beautiful and well stocked with amenities. Hot tub great! I was sure from listing that it was on the river; only waterfront was man made pond with fountain. Still a serene setting and lovely location.

Best Cabin Retreat So Far!

Our stay was simply incredible! From beginning to end. The cabin was beautiful, the lake was relaxing and the hospitality was wonderful. Riding the trails was a blast. This was our first trip here and most definitely not the last.

Christmas in Iuka

The house was wonderful and more beautiful than the pictures. To have to be away during the holidays is difficult but they decorated the entire cabin for Christmas and provided a warm and cozy environment for our family. 5 stars are not enough to rate how much we enjoyed our stay. We also loved meeting Red. He’s the best.

Main Cabin Iuka

Wonderful place to stay, spacious and clean. We enjoyed the big screened in porch overlooking a little pond. The cabin had everything we could possibly need. I don’t want to cook when I’m on vacation and there are several places to eat near the cabin. T’s Shake Shack is minutes away for dessert. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

We LOVED our stay. Right across from Aqua Yacht, so convenient. The space was perfect for two adults and two teenagers. We had family over and the back porch was a great gathering spot.

Home away from home

We live this cabin. This was our 3 stay here and it feels like home. Love watching the ducks in the pond from the hot tub. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. The heated bathroom floor is amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

2nd Stay

Our 2nd stay at this property and we enjoyed it just as much as the 1st. We spent all weekend on the screened in back deck enjoying the hot tub, fire pit and watching the ducks in the pond. Feels like home!

Absolutely perfect!

This house and property were gorgeous! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the heated floor in the bathroom after motorcycling all day in low temps. The house is very cozy and well decorated. Loved watching the ducks on the pond in the back. And the screened-in porch with swing, fire-table and hot tub inside - soooooo delightful! Would definitely stay again!
