Apartment location is perfect for accessing the entire
town Center plus very close to public transportation - metro, train, and bus.
Apartment is very comfortable for 2 adults and can accommodate another couple due to second bedroom.
Appliances took time to figure out as all appliance manuals
are in French. Eventually, we were able to use all appliances except for the clothes dryer which did not work. We had difficulty communicating with the management team of the property due to our inability to speak French. It took several days of texting (they told
us their phones were not working and asked us to text them) for them to understand the dryer was not working.
In fact, we ended up walking to their office in Toulouse to discuss the malfunctioning dryer. They were very nice and
said they would send a technician later in the day. The
technician was actually a member of the management
team and he was not able to repair the dryer. He apologized and told us that the dryer would probably not get fixed while we were there (we had another 10 - 11 days left for our stay.). The dryer did not get repaired while we were there, so we washed clothes in the machine and air dryed clothes in the Living room.
Otherwise, everything was wonderful and we would stay
at the apartment again if we return to Toulouse.
