Great location - very basic comfort level

Although the property was in a good location it was let down by numerous features: Only one two-seater sofa in the lounge so no comfortable place to sit for anyone else; instead a giant piece of wooden furniture in the lounge wasting space and looking very dark and ugly. All Perspex dining chairs were cracked and could potentially cause serious pinching injury which rendered them un-usable; Fridge / Freezer ancient - section of freezer frozen solid and in-usable; One cracked cereal bowl out of only two available; All wall fittings loose and no shower holder; Only one bulb working g in each duel fitting in the lounge and only ones table light bulb working in each bedroom - clearly an attempt to save on electricity. No air-conditioning which would make it very stuffy and horrible to stay in in the summer months. Basically the owner has chosen to spend no money on it and as a result it was a big disappointment. It obviousky hasn’t been decorated for decades. Dingy !! We were told we could done a lot better. No recommendations from previous customers auctioned.

If you are looking for a clean cosy perch in the heart of Toulouse with easy access to the city and all it offers, this is an excellent choice for groups of 3 or 4 people. If the latest furnishings and a modern luxury bathroom is important to you, this is probably not the place you are looking for.
