Agence Cocoonr invites you to relax in this quiet, elegant 95 m² apartment in the heart of Toulouse. This spacious apartment can accommodate up to 4 travelers and comprises a large living room opening onto a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with dressing rooms, a laundry room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. There's nothing like it for relaxing after a day out in Toulouse... Cleaning is included in the rental price, and linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).

The accommodation comprises
- A living room with a lounge and dining area equipped with a library and piano. Access to a private, quiet terrace.
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, microwave and combi oven, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

La décoration, les équipements, le confort, la propreté, un excellent descriptif pour l’arrivée et le départ, la disponibilité de l’équipe Cocoonr 🙁 Dommage que les clés ne soient pas plus proches de l’appartement, ça nous a obligés à nous déplacer avec les valises aux aurores. cela mériterait d’être notifié sur l’annonce. Cela dit, pratique que l’hôtel détenteur des clés soit ouvert 24h/24 et ils proposent une consigne pour les bagages."

La posizione è ottima, ha la fermata della metropolitana davanti e si attraversa tutto il centro storico a piedi con facilità. 🙁 Il check in e il check out sono molto scomodi perché costringono q recarsi con la valigia all'hotel ambassador a ritirare le chiavi che non è dietro l'angolo. Inoltre non condividiamo la richiesta di 30 euro in più perché il giorno di arrivo siamo arrivati dopo le 10,30 quando in realtà l'hotel è aperto 24 ore su 24. Altro cosa che ci ha creato disagio è stata trovare la casa con una temperatura gelida perché nessuno ha pensato a riscaldarla prima del nostro arrivo. Si consiglia inoltre di lasciare almeno una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo. Last but not least ci sembra eccessiva la richiesta di 125 euro per fare un late check in visto che la casa non era stata affittata per il 26 gennaio. Sarebbe stato un gesto di cortesia no farci pagare luna notte in più che non abbiamo consumato."
