Located just a few minutes' walk from Place du Capitole and Place Saint Georges, it's right in the heart of the city, in a high-quality, secure and very quiet environment. The poête is on the 3rd floor (no elevator), and is light and airy, with one part facing the street and the other facing the courtyard. With its two bedrooms and spacious living areas, this apartment is perfect for a family of 4 or for professionals on business trips.

In addition to its sleek, stylish decor, this ready-to-live-in apartment offers optimal comfort. You'll feel right at home in no time! Perfect location

An elegant, spacious apartment in a very central location. Be aware that there are a lot of steps up to this third floor apartment. The toilet seat was broken but was replaced in time for our second visit. However the broken tiles in the bathroom were not and management just told us to buy ourselves a bath mat. A really lovely property, but let down by the agency managing it.

Lovely apartment, fantastic location

This is an elegant, spacious apartment in a very central location. We loved staying here but be aware there are a lot of steps. The toilet seat was broken but was replaced in time for our second stay a week later. Unfortunately the broken tiles that we had to step onto to get out of the shower were not.

Private Individual V Agency-run Apartment

Overall a pleasant enough appartment and great location. However, the entrance and staircase are pretty dilapidated and would never pass a health & safety check in the UK. We thought the cleaning and service fee together with a substantial deposit were too high. Next time, we will try to rent from an individual where there's flexibility. We didn't appreciate the passive-aggressive approach/nature of the agency(CocoonC)? who were very business-like in their approach. Their blurb, below, says it all. Another problem was we had nowhere to store luggage after check-out unless we paid for it. It took the shine off the trip, as we've not had this kind of experience before. Next time we will definitely try to find a place to stay where the owner is on hand and offers flexibility, and where you're NOT worried that minor infringements to the rules might result in less than full deposit back. Below, some of the content of the email received the day before departure: Wash and put away the dishes Take out the trash and put it in the bins Throw away glass bottles in one of the public collection points Put back any furniture you may have moved during your stay Close the windows Empty the fridge Turn off the lights Turn down the heating Regarding linen provided during your stay: You can put towels in the laundry basket, in the shower or in the bathtub You can keep the bed linen in place—do not remove the sheets In the unlikely event that these rules were not being followed, we would be required to add an extra charge to the included cleaning fees. Please check that you are not leaving behind personal belongings, in particular phone chargers, toiletry bags, beauty products—check the drawers! Please do not inadvertently take anything that does not belong to you.l

Décevant par rapport à nos attentes.

3 étages sans ascenseur, prévenus nous aurions choisi une autre location. Peu ou pas de contact avec l'agence Cocoon !!! De même avec Anna, la personne de contact. Appartement vétuste ... Quelles sont les normes de sécurité ??? Pas de changement de serviettes ... Nous sommes restés 2 semaines !!! Lunette des toilettes cassée et non remplacée, l'agence étant pourtant prévenue . Manque évident de verres, Anna, la contact, ayant promis d'en apporter. Ceci est vraiment dommage car la situation est idéale et Toulouse est une ville magnifique .
