Pleasant apartment in quiet but convenient neighborhood

This charming, arty apartment was quiet, the bed is great and contained everything we needed for stsying in Toulouse. The kitchen is small but well-equipped. The patio is a nice bonus, though we were so busy most days we didn’t have time to use it.

Excellent Toulouse Apartment

Large Older style apartment in a great location. Within walking distance of the main station and close to excellent restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Managed by cocoon a French agency, they provided excellent communication leading up to our stay and met us on the day to let us in. The apartment has a small kitchen with most cooking accessories and is very comfortable.

Very nice French experience

Toulouse is so friendly and everything is walking distance and beautiful! Parking is the one challenge and you can expect to pay a minimum of 20+euros a day. And finding parking is also tricky especially on the streets. Food options are amazing and you will not be disappointed Large portions of tasty fare!

Hübsche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Individuell eingerichtetes Appartement in altem Haus, eine Viertelstunde zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und bis in die Innenstadt (Capitol). In unmittelbarer Nähe keine Geschäfte oder Restaurants. In der Wohnung ist alles sehr "Vintage", entsprechend knarzen die Dielen und manches ist unpraktisch, aber eben auch charmant. Besonders hübsch ist die Terrasse.

Il est désuet et pas du tout comme sur les photos Aucun divan sur le patio Patio dont certaines planches sont pourries. Elles enfoncent et des tapis ont été ajoutés pour cacher le tout Beaucoup de trous dans les murs Besoin de plâtre Comptoir de bois devenu collant par l’usure. Aucun produit nettoyant ne viendra à bout de ça Nous avons voulu ajouter la douillette pour plus de confort. Or, celle-ci était dans l’armoire, tachée Plusieurs taches sur les murs Pôle et rideaux de douche qui ne conviennent pas Le sectionner du salon a disparu et la causeuse qui le remplace est très inconfortable On a pas osé utiliser le four puisqu’il y a du tape collé tout le tour et que le joint d’étanchéité est décollé Sincèrement, cet appartement a besoin d’une très grosse rénovation De plus, aujourd’hui était mon anniversaire et je me suis fait réveillée à 8:30 par de gros travaux de rénovation juste l’autre côté du mur mitoyen. Je ne recommanderai pas. Et endroit à personne et je me demande même si je ferai encore affaire avec Booking Aussi La serrure pour la porte de balcon ne fonctionne pas. Suite à un courriel de satisfaction reçu de Cocoonr, nous leur avons transmis toutes ces informations et avons demandé un dédommagement. À ce jour, nous n’avons reçu aucun retour de leur part. Je me demande bien pourquoi on nous demande de leur donner un feed-back, s’ils ne prennent pas la peine de nous répondre."

Peut mieux faire

Situation au calme malgré la cour d'école voisine, un peu distant des métros, mais bus à proximité; appartement intéressant par sa disposition; terrasse appréciable. Mais l'agence CocconR, qui le gère, ne nous a pas accordé de dédommagement pour un protège-lit sale, un sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionnait pas et avait été réparé avec du scotch!!! Pas remplacé, ni les deux ampoules manquantes (dont table de chevet). Le joint du four se détache tout seul, une casserole est plus qu'abîmée et une marmite brûlée et irrécupérable. La propreté du sol et du plan de travail de la cuisine sont insuffisantes. Nous avons payé (obligatoire, car inclus dans la location) 64 euros pour le nettoyage, ce qui est un peu un comble! Attention à l'étagère de la salle de bain, qui tient miraculeusement grâce à des morceaux de bouchon et à une latte en bois de la terrasse qui va bientôt se soulever très dangereusement. Un placard sent vraiment très mauvais. Bref, avec plus de soin et un plus grand souci des clients, cet appartement serait agréable. Il procure actuellement un certain nombre de contrariétés que les gérants ne semblent pas reconnaître! Commerce et mauvaise foi ne vont pas bien ensemble, ils devraient le savoir.

O apartamento estava equipado com todos os electrodomésticos necessários para cozinhar e ""viver"" ali. Estava muito bem decorado, super cozy. 🙁 O prédio e o apartamento eram muito antigos e pareciam com falta de manutenção. Adoramos o look vintage mas há formas de manter o charme e carácter antigo sem parecer ""sujo"". O ar condicionado precisa de mudar os filtros. O apartamento está demasiado cheios de coisas, aparenta ter muitos ácaros do pó."

Ingres "Clean, very well-located and accessible apartment. The boiler stopped working on our first day and the host was slow to respond with solutions. The bathroom shower curtain and towel hanger were improperly affixed and posed somewhat of a minor hazard. Apart from these small issues, we very much enjoyed our stay."

Se puede caminando al centro histórico y a todo lo que ofrece la ciudad de Toulouse, que es mucho. También tiene una parada de metro muy cerquita y muchísimas paradas de autobuses. Ingres Appartement avec le charme de l'ancien dans un quartier calme. A 10 minutes à pieds de la gare et du centre ville. Sa terrasse en fait vraiment un atout. J'ai pu tester le chauffage car un matin il faisait frais : température confortable obtenu rapidement.
