THE CASA BEACH APARTMENT

The apartment Casa Beach is a superb new three room fully equipped, spacious and comfortable 85m2 located feet in the water on the third floor in a new residence (with elevator) of high standing in Trois Ilets.

The beach of Anse Mitan is 20m.

From the furnished terrace, you can enjoy at table or from the chairs a sea view and the Bay of Fort-de-France exceptional.
The very well equipped kitchen with its bar opens onto the large living room and terrace while enjoying the view.

This crossing apartment is naturally ventilated for the pleasure of travelers.

Travelers will enjoy the indoor lounge with a dining table for 4 people + a TV area with cable channels + Internet WIFI.

You will find a complete bathroom with shower, washbasin + WC.
A second separate toilet is present in the apartment.

After a day on the beach or exploring Martinique, take the time to relax on the terrace of the apartment while enjoying the sea view.

THE ROOMS
The Casa Beach apartment has 2 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms including in the first bedroom a double bed 180cm + a large wardrobe, then in the second bedroom a double bed 180cm (or two single beds 90cm) + a large wardrobe.

This apartment is intended for 4 people maximum.

NEAR
The beaches, the shops, the restaurants and the marina of the tourist area of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan are from 20m. From the pontoon of Anse Mitan, there is a regular sea link to Fort-de-France.

From its central position, excursions in the North or South of Martinique are facilitated. A tree climbing course, a riding club and tennis courts are just a few km away, as well as golf course. Access to the beautiful beaches of the Diamond and Anses d'Arlet is fast and direct.

Great place right on the beach

The apartment was great! Very clean and has a really nice patio overlooking the ocean. The location is perfect, with the beach directly across the street and lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. Fabien was great as a host, we'd be very happy to stay here again.

Tres satisfaite de l’emplacement et du condo. Il y a eu a quelques reprises brie au niveau électrique ( braker qui sautait pour les lumières du plafond et prises dans la cuisine. Et un inconvénient pour nous, c'était les codes pour les entrées. Car ayant un fils avec une déficience intellectuelle, il ne pouvait se déplacer seul car il était dans l'incapacité de faire les codes , soit pour les entrées ou pour les ordures. Donc il n’avait aucune autonomie pour aller a la plage ou autre. Donc peut être des petits ajustements a faire. Notre séjour fut toutefois très tres agréable. .

Superbe séjour

Notre séjour a été très agréable. La résidence donne directement sur l'anse Mitan, sa plage et son paysage magnifique. L'appartement avait toutes les commodités.Le site en lui même est un endroit ou il fait bon vivre; il est facile d'en sortir pour aller sur les autres plages du Sud, ou pour visiter les alentours. Et facile aussi de se diriger vers le Nord. Petit bémol cependant, les chambres de l'appartement n'avaient pas de rideaux occultants. Nous pourrions y revenir lors d 'un prochain séjour.

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel face mer, la rue à traverser pour se baigner. Notre loueur a été très sympa et accueillant nous donnant toutes les informations et conseils nécessaires. Je recommande donc les deux, le loueur et cette location.
