CAMBO, C275: In a secure residence with a swimming pool*, a one-bedroom apartment (T2) located on the 1st floor with a living/dining room (TV, sofa bed, etc.), an open-plan fitted kitchen (washing machine, mini-oven, multi-function microwave, ceramic hob), one bedroom (double bed), one bathroom with shower and toilet, and a south-facing terrace overlooking the pool. Pets allowed (1 maximum) with a supplement of €25 per stay.

*The swimming pool is open from mid-June to mid-September. No discount will be given if the pool is closed to the public. This decision rests solely with the condominium association. Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (this service is available for a fee upon request to the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before their departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- Bed linen/set for one bed/per week: €10.

- Towels/kit per person/per week: €5.

- End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
