In Cavalaire sur mer - a popular seaside resort 15 km from Saint-Tropez - a small house of 20m2 with high ceilings and a mezzanine.
2 small terraces complete the house the front one is sunny and the one behind protects pleasantly from the midday sun during meals.
On the ground floor is the main entrance, living room with a sofa bed and 2 storage cabinets, a well equipped American kitchen: induction plate with 2 fireplaces, dishwasher, fridge, cafthiére, kettle, toaster and all kitchen utensils, washing machine. SDD with shower 70x70 and WC.
Mezzanine is furnished with 2 beds 90 x 190cm, chest of drawers, bedside tables.
The house is brand new after work with air conditioning, never rented again!
