Unbelievable Sunrises from the third-floor balcony!
3 bedroom 2 bath condo third-floor oceanfront in Surfside. Recently and continually updated and ready for you to make your memories! The Master bedroom has all new furniture and a remodeled bathroom with a custom pebble floor shower & a new 50-inch TV! New furniture and bedding in the second bedroom which now has a queen bed and a single over double bunk bed & a new ceiling fan and a new 50-inch TV. The bedside lamps in all bedrooms have built-in USB charging ports for those important electronics to be charged! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools needed to prepare whatever meal you have in mind. Oceanfront Windows were just tinted to reduce glare and reflect heat making your stay more comfortable and the condo more efficient along with new plantation shutters throughout. There is a storage room downstairs for all the beach stuff and there are 3 assigned undercover parking spaces for the condo, That kind of parking is hard to come by! Linens are provided as well, check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. The condo is close to everything, every type of restaurant you could imagine is within 10 minutes and the same for shopping. Excellent Beach Getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay. Great location, covered parking space, beautiful view, clean & the best part is the beach chairs that are provided for use. Saves room for us in packing. We hope to return next year! Owner has great communication & concern for guests.

The Perfect Getaway

This was exactly what we needed. Charming yet spacious, full of everything we needed, and right on the water! We didn't even leave the property. We just camped out for three days of luxurious beach living. It was that lovely. After the first night, I was already calling my husband to say we need to bring the kids for a family vacation.

Just Perfect

My husband and I stayed for a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. We’ve rented the condo under the previous owners for many years and now twice with the new owners. Kevin and Shannon have done some wonderful upgrades. The condo has just about everything you need for a comfortable stay and the location is just perfect!

Amazing unit!

This condo was well equipped from kitchen needs to beach chairs and games. It was also one of the cleanest condos I’ve stayed in. No surprises, looks just like pictures that are shown. An elevator would have made it perfect but i’d take. nice, clean and beautiful beachfront over elevator! We will definitely be back!

Ten Star Stay

This property deserves ten stars and so does Kevin. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spotless, incredibly comfortable (great bed linens and pillows), has a well-equipped kitchen, and is a perfect location for beach access. The views can’t be beat! Communication with Kevin was so easy and he was very responsive. The outdoor furniture on the balcony is very comfy. This condo has lots of space and everything one needs has been thought of. Thanks for a wonderful place for a sisters’ trip. This lovely condo is well worth recurring visits.

Highlights: • Place was very clean • Excellent decorating in a “beach” theme • Very comfortable and quiet HVAC system • Extremely well stocked kitchen food preparation and cooking supplies • Comfortable bed (we only slept in the master) • Refreshing showerhead (master bath) • Location, location, location • Easy parking • Televisions in all rooms in good locations • Cable and Internet (100+Mps down and 10+Mps up) • Functioning icemaker! We wish the weather had been better, cool and wet, but better than Wisconsin and we know you cannot control the weather. We hope to stay here again. Thank you.

I don’t think we could have chosen better! The beach condo had everything we needed, was exceptionally clean and updated, and communication with the host was excellent. The location was perfect for our family. We appreciated the ocean balcony view, listening to the waves at night, and the beach chairs that were provided. Gas station/grocery store just a few blocks away. We hope to return again someday!

Ocean front condo with lovely decor and clean comfort.

Stayed with a couple of our young adult kids to attend family wedding. Enjoyed morning coffee or cocktail hours on the balcony while taking in the beautiful ocean views. Clean comforts like extra blankets, cotton bed linens in primary suite, plenty of kitchen tools, and spacious family room. Wonderful experience!

We have been dreaming of having a place at the beach for many, many years and it has finally become a reality. Now we are ready to share it with you! We have been making annual trips to the beach with the kids and dreaming of purchasing our own place each of those years. In the last several years we have also been joined by great friends on our trips!

Why they chose this property

When we walked in the first time we could picture our family here. The view is amazing! Also this condo has everything needed for vacations with extended family and friends. It has a great large kitchen with plenty of room for family meals to be prepared. and downstairs we can park 3 cars and there is a beach closet that is stocked with chairs and room for your stuff!

What makes this property unique

With the extra parking, downstairs storage for the beach toys, & the unique floorplan with the loft we knew this property would stand out from the rest!
