Spacious, warm apartment, downtown near train station
Beautiful 90m2 apartment with lots of charm in the center of Brive. Apartment refurbished in 2017. Close to shops, 7 min walk from the station as well as a small super market and first amenities. Maximum 4 adults and two children.
The apartment is a non-smoking accommodation.
Very well insulated with triple glazing.
We have two bedrooms with a maximum of six beds.
A fully equipped kitchen opening onto a small balcony.
A large double living room.
A parking space is available
Possibility to provide a cot and a high chair.
We ask travelers to respect the neighborhood and leave the house clean upon departure.
We do not impose cleaning fees (option 65 €), also, please:
- Leave the premises as on arrival (clean and tidy, as well as the dishes washed and put back in their place).
- Unpack the beds (which will be made upon arrival), and collect the used towels and sheets.
- Taking out the trash.
