Townhouse, 8-12 people, in the heart of the Châteaux

We have 3 children and there are 3 actual bedrooms.
The first floor is for adults: a bedroom (160x200 bed), a bathroom with WC, and a large office, in which you can install an inflatable mattress (available if you ask).

The second floor includes 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.
The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200).
The second bedroom is equipped with 2 double beds (160x200)
You can therefore have 8 real beds.

We have a living room with sofa bed on the ground floor.
It is therefore a house with 12 possible beds.

Finally, a pretty little room before the garden, which is our haven of peace.
A gas plancha is at your disposal.

Attention, house provided with the cat (fed by the neighbor), he likes to sleep in a bed. If you don't want it, just close its hatch. Cat used to children, of course.

We leave you the house clean, and intend to recover it in the same condition.
You can take a cleaning option for € 45, let us know.
For long-term stays, you can be put in touch with a cleaning service.

Blankets, pillows and towels provided, do not overload yourself!
You have the possibility of renting the sheets, count 10 € for an adult bed and 8 € for a child bed, notify us in advance.

Other remarks

We are in the heart of the city.

You can discover the castles, Chenonceaux, Chaumont, Cheverny, Chambord ...
Beauval Zoo is 20 minutes away.
Blois at 15 minutes.

A municipal swimming pool is 500m away, with the sports complex (soccer fields, skatepark, basketball court, pétanque, table tennis).

There is a local market, every Friday, 50m from the house.
