In a beautiful residence in a quiet wooded and flowered with pool of 18x10 m, guard and private parking space, large studio of 34 m2 with terrace and garden.
Housing very bright, southern exposure.

The accommodation is composed of:
A large living room, equipped with a sofa bed (new with memory foam) and an electric air mattress for 2 people, a laundry room, a bathroom / wc, entrance hall with cupboards .
Terrace and garden of 40 m2.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, oven and microwave, steamed, toaster, kettle.

Downtown, shops, supermarket and beach 10 minutes walk.
The train station is 20 minutes walk.

Sheets not provided but rental possible.
Possibility cleaning end of stay (35 euros).
Deposit of 500 € on arrival and return on departure.

You also walk to the Casino, the typical streets of Bandol, the Provencal market on the port.
Bandol is a lively city all year round.

You will discover, Sanary sur Mer, the medieval village of Castellet, Cassis and its creeks, the Cadière d'Azur, the natural parks, the mill of Saint Côme ...

Super séjour

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien agencé, très fonctionnel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La résidence est calme et sécurisée avec présence d'un gardien. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très réactifs si besoin (ce qui a été notre cas). Jacky nous a très bien accueillit sur place et s'est également rendu très disponible. Tout est prévu pour passé de belles vacances !

Le logement est décoré avec goût et bien agencé, il est très agréable et bien situé dans les environ

Il est bien dommage d'avoir perdu une nuit de location (vitre cassée par les locataires précédants) qui nous a fait "perdre" une journée sur place au final... le remboursement de la nuit a bien eu lieu mais niveau organisation cela nous a un peu bloqué... la propriétaire n'y est pour rien bien évidemment mais nous aurions voulu profiter un peu plus... surtout que le logement est comme dit plus haut super agréable avec un aperçu mer, et une pièce à vivre très belle et lumineuse!

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Bandol, en grande partie grâce à cet appartement qui était agréable, calme, propre, très bien équipé et accueillant. On ne pouvait vraiment pas espérer mieux, un grand merci, on reviendra avec plaisir.

Séjour agréable pour 2 personnes

En fin de saison donc plus de store et baie vitrée pouvant s’ouvrir de l’extérieur. Malgré cela bonne location
