Welcome to my magnificent 30 square meters studio located in the 19th district of Paris. It is located on the first floor. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideally located near shops, bars and restaurants of all kinds. It is located in a dynamic and lively neighborhood, not far from the Buttes Chaumont, the Parc de la Villette and the Ourcq canal. The accommodation is pleasant and is composed of a living room with a double bed, a bathroom and a nice sitting area with a sofa bed to relax after an intense day. You will have everything at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay, namely : Television, Elevator, Coffee machine, Microwave, Iron, Hair dryer You will be very well served by public transportation, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers an immediate proximity to shops and restaurants. The district is very appreciated by locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share with you my favorites! A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
