Pues a terre in Paris

Very well located and functional apartment. Host Artur very responsive to inquiries. Only downside is carrying luggage up and down six flights of stairs. It does sleep 4, but all need to be on same schedule. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, general stores in the area if you need to buy anything.

Small but comfortable stay

The unit is small with only one bed room with a queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Cooking utilities is not that good enough but the owner immediately buy some new cooking wares to me, a very quick response. A clean and tidy unit at all and the environment is quiet also. Small kitchen but enough for simple breakfast and meal. Will book again in the future. Thanks to the owner for his support on my request.

Paris Apartment

This was a perfect apartment for my partner and I during our stay in Paris. The metro was right outside the door so it made commutes quick and easy. There were several stairs to get to the apartment and no elevator (as far as I know) so not accessible for everyone but worked well for us. Towels were also not provided which was a bit tricky as we were travelling with our luggage and did not leave space for packing towels - but we made it work! Overall it was a good quality spot and Artur was available for any questions/concerns.

Just what we needed

The flat was just right for us. It couldn't be closer to a Metro station and there were plenty of places to eat or buy food in close proximity. I would have given 5 stars for check-in, too, but we found the previous renters were leaving at our 3 pm arrival time, so we had to wait for the flat to be cleaned. That happened quickly, though. Otherwise, all was good. Thank-you Artur. Jon

Loved the Apartment

Four of us stayed at this apartment for 4 nights and we loved it. It was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The kitchen was easy to use, as was the shower and washer. There is a metro station right outside the apartment which was so helpful. There is also an office with an attendant at the station in case one might need. There are two boulangeries and a Carrefour City within 5 minutes of the apartment which is helpful. The owner of the apartment has another one right next door and came to say hello when he heard us come in. He was very kind and polite. The one thing I would say is that though the neighborhood is safe during the day, at night it can get a little sketchy. However, if you return to the apartment by 11:00 pm and are aware of your surroundings, you should be fine. Overall, we were happy with the apartment and would rebook in the future.

Über den Dächern von Paris

Die Wohnung war ein super Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Stadt. Metrostation direkt vor dr Haustür und ein Supermarkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung und ihre Lage vermittelt Pariser Flair. Wir hatten dort einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Klein aber Oho

Die Wohnung war soweit okay. Alles da, was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Die Waschmachine war eher obsolet, den Platz hätte man besser nutzen können. Die Treppen da hinauf waren dann doch eher anspruchsvoll. Artur war stets für Rückfragen erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

Petit mais fonctionnel, propre et bien agencé

Nous avons passé 3 nuits en famille avec deux enfants de 5 et 10 ans. Nous avons apprécié la propreté. Le métro est vraiment en bas de l’appartement. Très bien agencé. Il n’y a qu’une table basse mais cela n’était pas important pour nous. Les deux seuls point négatifs qui seront probablement améliorés rapidement : le manque de rideau occultant et peu de vaisselle. Tout le reste est vraiment parfait. Matelas de la chambre très confortable et canapé convertible confortable aussi. Bref nous recommandons !

Jolie petit appartement

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft

Vielen Dank es war sehr sauber und eine schöne Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch sehr gut. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen. Am ersten Tag sind wir sogar die 8,7km zu Fuß zum Eiffelturm gelaufen. Es war toll…. Vielen herzlichen Dank

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet appartement. Appartement très bien, moderne, fonctionnel, propre. Présence d'éléments de 1eres nécessités, très appréciables. L'appartement est assez calme. Une bouche de métro et un arrêt de bus sont en bas de l'appartement. Il est très bien situé, pas mal de magasins/restaurants /bars à 5 min à pieds. Le centre de Paris est accessible très facilement.
