Nice stay in a great neighborhood

Came to Paris with a friend for the week. This little flat was perfect for what we needed. Located in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurant and cafe options. Also, conveniently located to public transport. I would certainly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy living like a local while on their visit.

Nice place but ridiculously noisy. We hardly slept because you can hear everything from the neighbours and they had parties every night.

When you go out during all the night, and sleep during the day, of course it may be a litte bit noisy and difficult to sleep.

Martin was a fantastic host. The property was clean and just as described. The 5-star moment was the fan that Martin installed over the bed. The neighborhood was adorable and had several cafes, a tiny pharmacy, a patisserie and a grocery. Definitely worth the stay.

A perfect stay

A perfect stay at Martin’s house! The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean and, considering the standards of Paris, spacious for 2 people! Very nice and helpful host, excellent communication. The metro is 5 minutes away. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. If I go back to Paris, we will definitely stay in the same place.

The appartement was clean and had everything you need. The host was very friendly. The environment was great. You can go to supermarket, a restaurant, etc. The metro station was nearby(you walked 5 Minutes). All in all, I can't find anything to complain about

Appartement très bien équipé, dans une rue calme mais en même temps animée, avec beaucoup de bars, restaurants et commerces à proximité. Martin, our host, welcomed us and gave us an overview of the property. He and his father, Patrick were available and helpful throughout our week stay. The location was perfect being only a 5min walk from 2 metro stations and the Place d’Italie, a busy hub with many restaurants and shopping. We could even see the tip of the Eiffel Tower from our window. The neighborhood comes alive at night with young people in the bars and restaurants. There is a laundry 3 min walk away and also a supermarket, epicerie and of course a patisserie nearby too.

Séjour très agreable

Accueillis par le propriétaire pour qq informations pratiques, nous avons pu profiter rapidement du logement.Celui ci est très bien équipé et propre.Il est très bien situé, du point de vue metro, bars, resto, boulangerie, épicerie.Les propriétaires sont réactifs et prévenants, arrangeants et la communication est bonne.En résumé, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le canapé lit du bas est plutôt dédié pour un enfant.

Escape parisienne

Un logement à quelques pas du métro idéal pour visiter Paris. Quartier convivial, bien fréquenté et très agréable. Parc pour enfants et rue avec bars et restaurants de quoi combler chaque membre de la famille. L’accueil et la disponibilité des hôtes et un vrai . Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous ! Et le clou du spectacle nous pouvons distinguer le haut de la Tour Eiffel qui s’illumine la nuit depuis la fenêtre de la chambre !!

Sehr nette Wohnung in toller Lage

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt! Patrick war schon im Vorfeld sehr gut erreichbar, der Check-In hat problemlos geklappt. Sehr freundlicher und Vermieter, der viele tolle Tipps für die Umgebung hat. Die Wohnung entspricht der Darstellung auf der Internetseite und passt wunderbar für 2-3 Personen. Für große Personen (ab 180cm) ist die Zwischenetage mit dem Doppelbett (160cm und sehr konfortabel) etwas schwierig zu erreichen, da der Stiegenaufgang relativ schmal ist und es keinen ordentlichen Handlauf gibt - für Kinder ist dieser Aufgang eher nicht geeignet. Für uns hat es dennoch sehr gut gepasst! Die Wohnung ist in einer Super Lage, tolle Architektur, künstlerisch bemalte Hauswände, tolle Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Der Markt ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Butte aux Cailles - auf einem kleinen Hügel also, super und sichere Lage mit sehr schönem Blick - man sieht auch den Eiffelturm. Man muss aber Stiegensteigen mögen. Zur Kühlung gibt es einen Ventilator im oberen Schlafbereich - das war sehr angenehm in den heißen Nächten. Die Metro (Corvisart) ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die Place d'Italie, mit noch mehr Metroanbindungen in 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Patrick. Wir bedanken uns herzlich und kommen gerne wieder!

Eine kleine Wohnung mit Herd und Kühlschrank im 13. Arrondissement 8 Fußminuten vom Place d'Italie. Alles funktionierte bestens, Patrick ist ein entgegenkommender aufmerksamer Gastgeber der Englisch spricht. Die Gegend ist sehr lebendig, mit vielen Kneipen und Graffitis an den Hauswänden. Wenn man Paris mit dem Fahrrad erkundet (ein Muß!) sollte man wissen das das 13te am erhöhten Rand des Pariser Beckens liegt. Ich würde wieder dort buchen!
