5 FIRST FLOOR! No lift! The effort made is equal to the view that is offered to you... Our apartment overlooks an inner courtyard, therefore without direct noise (double glazed windows).

Excellent spot in Paris!

Steps to transit and the whole place was excellent! You can get anywhere in Paris within 30 mins by train and the apartment is furnished with many guides and booklets with information about Paris. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Paris.

Perfect location and nice flat. Gerard was a very kind host and very attentive/easy to get a hold of. Just a warning that the bathroom is a tight fit but other than that the place is very spacious.

great stay

hosts were clear, communicative and available for anything we needed. the apartment is a classic 5 floor parisian walk up with very small shower but good hot water. very comfortable and convenient. we would come back for another stay.

Great location to tour pParis from

Great location. It is a 5 floor walkup so you need to be able to carry bags up stairs. No problem for us. Very small bathroom. Well stocked with dishes towels etc. Very nice owners on site.

Gerard etait le hote le plus accueillant pendant tout mon sejour en France cet ete. (Gerard was the most hospitable host I’ve encountered during the entirety of my stay in France this summer.) He even helped to find me a taxi to my next location.

A Cozy Flat

Gerard is a terrific host. This was a perfect place for a short stay, and to experience a taste of a quintessential French flat in an historical neighborhood. A short walk up the hill to Montmarte and Sacre Coeur, a lovely day well spent. thank you Gerard.
