Excellent spot in Paris!

Steps to transit and the whole place was excellent! You can get anywhere in Paris within 30 mins by train and the apartment is furnished with many guides and booklets with information about Paris. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Paris.

Our 5 night stay at Gerard’s apartment was wonderful. It was cozy, clean and very French! The bed was amazingly comfortable!!! Nice location too! Gérard is a sweetheart! Our entire stay was lovely!

Great location to tour pParis from

Great location. It is a 5 floor walkup so you need to be able to carry bags up stairs. No problem for us. Very small bathroom. Well stocked with dishes towels etc. Very nice owners on site.

Perfect Location for a getaway

This apartment, and of course the host, were exactly what we were looking for. Extremely close to many restaurant options and a close walk to Sacre Coeur. Gerard was an absolutely perfect host and made sure we had zero issues during our stay.

Gerard etait le hote le plus accueillant pendant tout mon sejour en France cet ete. (Gerard was the most hospitable host I’ve encountered during the entirety of my stay in France this summer.) He even helped to find me a taxi to my next location.

A Cozy Flat

Gerard is a terrific host. This was a perfect place for a short stay, and to experience a taste of a quintessential French flat in an historical neighborhood. A short walk up the hill to Montmarte and Sacre Coeur, a lovely day well spent. thank you Gerard.

Great stay in an ideal location!

This accommodation is perfect if you’re looking for a convenient spot to stay in a wonderful part of Paris. It is very close to the metro which can take you to all the sites - we also walked to the Eiffel Tower and other sites in under an hour. The neighbourhood has many food spots and beautiful buildings. Gerard was a delightful host, very helpful and friendly. The apartment is quite small (particularly the bathroom/shower) but this was not a problem - everything is very clean and well kept and the bed was very comfortable. We loved our short stay here and would definitely recommend!

Typical apartment for our price point. Other than the bathroom being a bit small as shown in the pictures, the apartment was perfect for our stay. Easy walking distance to the Montmartre neighborhood as well as the train station. The building and location is very safe and away from the noise at night. Gerald was very informative and easy to communicate with.

Great Location & Quaint Decor with great Host!

Gerard was the best! He was helpful with everything; from check-in to check-out! Travel tips, to the apartments rules and charm. This made the experience in Paris full of joy and relaxation. I tried everything I could... the location was near the walking district and music venues. Yet, very close to bus/subways to go to places like the Eiffle Tower and many many more locations of interest. I WILL be back again. Thanks Gerard!

Gerard was very helpful carrying our two suits up to the 5 floor lovely gentleman and communication was great but for us the 5 floor was a problem maybe for backpackers it would be better would not recommend for elderly. ❤️

Nice apartment the best host

This was a great place for us for 2 nights. Gerard is a generous and warm host. This listing is accurate it is on the 5th floor of a building with no elevator but climbing those stairs keeps you young and fit. The views from the windows are amazing and it is so quiet no street noise. It is well equipped, full kitchen and all you would need. Its very light and airy. The bathroom is small but it works. A genuine Parisian experience.

Our stay at Gérard

The flat matched the pictures and is well located, close to the metro, shops, and cinemas. Everything you need is within walking distance. As mentioned by previous reviews, the bathroom & shower are tiny. Important to note: there is no heating in the kitchen (this would not be a problem in the summer but the weather was really cold at the time). We also thought the place could usea bit more cleaning. Communication with Gérard was very smooth and he was very nice and explained everything to us when we arrived.

Montmartre apartment

Geràrd was an excellent host and organisation was easy as he greeted us at the apartment and explained everything. Apartment has a spacious lounge/ dining area and bedroom. Bed was very comfortable. Location close to Metro, and walking distance to Montmartre, Sacre Coeur and Moulin Rouge, shops including grocery stores and restaurants. Excellent views from kitchen window. Only disappointment was the bathroom which was tiny and a little challenging. There was no hand basin or decent sized mirror for cleaning teeth, shaving or applying makeup or blow drying your hair. The apartment was on the 6th floor so maybe a challenge for some.

A view from the top

The apartment was centrally located. In walking distance of transportation, shops, groceries, eateries. It was a bit smaller than I anticipated. The bathroom and shower were an exceptionally tight squeeze but manageable. Five flights of stairs is quite doable if you are in shape. The view of the part of the city can be seen from kitchen window. We did experience a problem with the wi-fi.but it was rectified the next day. All in all it was a pleasant experience. The host, Gerard was quite amiable and helpful, especially with bringing up our luggage. He even took us on a tour of his area that we might not have seen otherwise.
