36 m2 apartment with small courtyard terrace. 3 comfortable and new beds, air conditioning in the bedroom. Equipped kitchen, beautiful decoration. 60 m from the famous steps that go up to the coronation. I am 200 m from metro lines No 4 and 12. The 4 Château Rouge station and the 12 Lamarck Caulaincourt station. Located 200 m from St Vincent cemetery where Michou is located. Very busy street with many restaurants, tavern bars and cabarets.

Ce n’était pas propre ? Pourtant j’ai fait un grand ménage . Salle de bain , toilettes , cuisine . Dites moi ou c’était sale ? Par contre on a vécu une grosse inondation cet hiver et forcément ce n’est pas très beau mais il faut encore attendre un peu avant de refaire pour que cela soit sec ! Bien à vous . Olivier

Our stay overall was very comfortable. we had a few hitches sorting out how the hot water works and how the stove switches on. we never got to sort out the tv workings. All in all a very comfortable and cosy stay in Montmartre.

It was not what I expected. The small apartment is full of oversized furniture for the space. It's the owner's full time home and has his personal possessions everywhere. The bathroom was almost unusable and the portable AC hot air exhaust had to be vented out an open bathroom window. The location isn't bad and communications with the owner was good, but I would not stay in the apartment again.

Je regrette fortement de vous avoir loué mon appartement j ai été arrangeant avec tout et j’aurai dû vous refuser vu votre situation 3 voyageurs pour une longue période en Europe . Pour le prix cela ne pouvait être le Ritz ou 80 m2 Je vous l’ai dit ici à Paris on doit vivre dans l’appartement pour pouvoir le louer sur Airbnb . A 3 adultes et 3 grosses bagages plus les sacs, forcément c’est petit . Bonnes vacances

Un hôte adorable car très arrangeant qui a tout fait pour nous faire passer un excellent séjour. Un super appartement idéalement situé avec le luxe d'une courette. Pour le prix vous ne trouverez pas mieux. J'y retournerai avec plaisir si Olivier est d'accord pour me le louer de nouveau

La vie de quartier

Bien que l'appartement ne soit pas très lumineux, il est situé en plein coeur de l'action du quartier et vous sentirez rapidement l'énergie de cette vie parisienne. L'hôte est rapide et soutenant. Nous y avons dormi, la vie se passe à l'extérieur, comme souhaité pour des vacances parisiennes.

Appartement très bien placé près de la place du Tertre avec une charmante petite cour à l'arrière.,

Appartement d'apparence propre mais à ne pas regarder de trop près, les coins poussiéreux, le four à micro-ondes sale et placé en hauteur, j'ai dû monter sur une chaise pour l'utiliser (à 76 ans). Ne pas laisser de la nourriture sur la table (pain ou gâteaux) les fourmis s'en régalent. je voulais utiliser le canapé lit mais il manquait un drap pour le matelas ! heureusement que le grand lit était confortable mais, j'aurai préféré dormir seule !
