Everything about our stay was wonderful- from Laurent the host to the view we woke up to every morning of the rooftops of Paris to the peaceful atmosphere inside the apartment, amidst the bustle of Sacre Coeur outside. Highly recommend!

Laurent, our host, was welcoming and accommodating. The location is fabulous if you want to be in Montmartre. Walkable neighborhood and near the Metro for getting around the City. The building is set back from the street so although it's in a bustling area, it is quiet. The view out the balcony is amazing. It's small but had everything we needed and we were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Charming Paris Roost

I had a wonderful stay here. The apartment had everything I needed. The windows open out to a lovely view of Paris. Located just steps away from Sacre-Couer. Laurent is a kind host with good recommendations for local places to eat. The perfect option for solo travelers and couples.

We stayed for eight nights in this cozy apartment with a stunning view of Paris. We loved drinking apéros every afternoon while gazing over the rooftops and beyond to Notre Dame, the Pantheon, and the Pompidou Center. The apartment was spotlessly clean with all new appliances and has been very well maintained. It’s a quiet building, and the elevator was much appreciated after a long day of touring. The neighborhood has great restaurants and shops, and the funicular up to Sacré-Coeur is just across the street. Getting into central Paris was a breeze with 3 metro stops nearby. Laurent was very helpful and answered all our questions within minutes. He suggested taking an Uber to CDG for our early morning flight, and that worked perfectly. We’ve rented other apartments in Paris, but this is our favorite by far. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

This is a perfect apartment for a couple to stay for a few days while enjoying a real Parisian experience. It was really quiet and private even though the location is in a busy part of Montmartre. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to do light cooking. The appliances are like new and the upkeep of the building is excellent. There were friendly neighbours and a sense of community there. The elevator is small but does the trick :)

Lovely Apartment

Perfect for a single person or a couple. The view from the balcony is incredible. It is close to the Metro and many shops and restaurants. Please know the apartment is on the seventh floor and does not have an elevator, if mobility is an issue. Host was wonderfully helpful.

Great apartment in a great location

We had an amazing time in this beautiful apartment with fantastic views. Laurent was an amazing host, who responded quickly, clearly and always helpfully to any questions. The apartment was light, bright and airy, and cool, given the hot weather in Paris during our stay. It was well equipped if you wanted to cook but the location is so great, with a large choice of restaurants nearby that we didn’t do any cooking while we were there. We loved our visit and will definitely book the apartment again, when we go back to Paris. We would thoroughly recommend it to our friends and family.

Laurent was very accommodating. The apartment is small, of course, but offered everything we needed for 4 nights in Paris. The location is impeccable. Easy walk to 3 main Métro stations and across the street from the funicular. I recommend a cup of coffee at Bon Jo. There's no A/C, of course, but we were comfortable even on days when the temperature reached 91 degrees Farenheit. It was very nice to have a washing machine especially with such hot days. You can see Notre Dame out your 6th story window. There is a tiny elevator to get your bags up. Would absolutely recommend for 1 or 2 people.

Beautiful views of Paris

My partner and I stayed at Laurent’s for four nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Laurent was a great host who went out of his way to make our check-in/check-out as easy as possible. The apartment was quiet and cozy and had everything we needed (even more so considering the dishwasher!). Everything was very clean and seemed to be recently renovated. The location within Paris is excellent; the apartment is in the heart of Montmartre, being located at the bottom of the Sacré-Coeur hill. There are loads of good restaurants and bakeries within short walking distance. It’s also a 2min walk to the metro, easily connecting to the rest of Paris. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Paris and looking for a home base for their site-seeing!

Great spot at the foot of Sacre Coeur, lovely little top floor flat with a sprawling city view of roof tops and chimney pots. It's a lovely perch. Laurent, the host, is friendly and funny. He met us outside the building, showed us the ropes. Everything is clean and comfortable, and has all you will need. There is no street noise at all. Very peaceful. Loved it.

Un magnifique appartement de style parisien qui a tout pour plaire et faire la différence dans le séjour. Bien qu'il soit un petit appartement, les espaces sont bien divisés et très fonctionnels. On ne s'est jamais senti à l'étroit. La lumière est très abondante. La vue est magnifique. En plein coeur de Montmartre, sa localisation est centrale et les déplacements sont plus que facilités (à quelques minutes de marche de deux lignes de métro). Bien qu'il soit en plein de coeur de Montmartre, l'appartement est très très calme. Nous avons loué plusieurs fois des appartements avec VRBO. Cest la toute première fois que nous avons un propriétaire aussi disponible et gentil. Il répond rapidement et il est toujours là pour nous aider. Notre hôte est très disponible. L'appartement est tellement bien situé et très tranquille. On ne se croirait pas à Paris. Merveilleux.
