Nikica was wonderful in her communication. There is a concierge on-site who was super helpful. The location of this studio is perfect for navigating the city, with close proximity to fabulous restaurants, shopping, and the opportunity to wander through one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The price is competitive, if not less than local hotels, and you can't beat it with the amenities. The studio is within a locked gate, so the security is great too (not that we ever felt unsafe in this neighborhood). I would recommend 100%!

A great Parisian experience

The studio, clean and pleasant, allowed us to enjoy a wonderful stay in Paris. It is located in the heart of the Rive Gauche and well connected to all other parts of the city. Access to and from Orly Airport was also extremely convenient.It's hard to put into words the kindness of Maria and the incredibly warm welcome she gave us at the property!

We were there during heat wave and fan was not cooling. When we tried to sit in courtyard outside our door concierge said can not be done. So very hot! If you go in cooler weather, great location but small.

Great location!

Small apartment but worked great for the two of us. We weren’t in Paris to hang out in the room! It had everything we needed and was in a great location. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, shops, and restaurants. Right next to the metro station. Comfortable bed and great shower. Would stay there again.

Small but sweet

The description of this apartment was absolutely accurate. It is small but comfortable and well located. We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was a good communicator and everything went smoothly. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean and well equipped. I would recommend this apartment for a maximum of two people.

Excellent location. Cute little studio, worked well for a solo traveler. Marie, the concierge, was very helpful and welcoming. She kept my luggage until the studio was ready, and she checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed. Very responsive host.

Das Studio ist wunderbar gelegen, alles gut erreichbar, klein und gemütlich, auf engem Raum alles vorhanden. Es liegt ruhig in einem Innenhof, die Kommunikation klappte super, auch Check-in und Check-out. Wärmste Empfehlung!

Väldigt mysigt boende

Läge var väldigt bra, mysigt hus och liten men perfekt studio. Det var nära till alla sevärdheter i Paris. Det gick att gå till allt, men både buss och tunnelbana låg nära om man inte orkar gå. Bra restauranger precis i närheten.

Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Place was quiet and in a good location, easy to walk to metro and sites. About a 30 min walk to Notre Dame/Saint Chapelle. Great neighborhood.

Klein, aber fein

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem gut ausgestattet und es war nachts auch relativ ruhig. Die Metrostation ist quasi vor der Tür und auch zu Fuss ist alles gut zu erreichen. Das Einzige, was wir zu beanstanden haben, sind die sehr unbequemen Stühle ....

Mi experiencia ha sido fantástica, el apartamento es pequeñito pero practico y acogedor,ademas la comunicación con el propietario fue muy fluida y nos facilito mucho a la hora de la entrada y salida y entrega de llaves, la ubicacion es perfecta para visitar paris y una zona muy segura, sin duda lo tecomendaria 100%.
