The universally popular Marais is an ideally central location for visiting Paris. Rue des Rosiers is a narrow lively street where cafés, modest and not-so-modest restaurants jostle for space with designer boutiques and Jewish delis - a street of contradictions. A favorite of Parisians and tourists alike, the heart of the Jewish quarter. On weekends the street becomes crowded with ambling pedestrians. Within 5-15 mins walk you can visit 17th c Place des Vosges, Picasso Museum, Museum of the History of Paris, Ile St Louis, Ile de la Cité, Notre Dame, Left Bank and the Louvre - just for starters ! Grocery, bakers, delicatessens on doorstep, and supermarkets 5 mins walk.
Our apartment is in a small very typical old building on the 1st floor and has pleasant contemporary furnishings. Recently entirely refurbished to a good standard by its Italian architect owner, with an attractive color scheme of ‘washed-out orange’ and light green, polished parquet floor with rugs. The windows overlook the street and are double glazed. This apartment (approx 40m²) has a real double bed in a sleeping area separated by Japanese style sliding panels ; large walk in closet. The living room provides a sofa/convertible for 2 persons. Small well designed Kitchen area with cooktop, frige (freezer), microwave, all kitchen ustensils, dishwasher. Good Shower room with WC, washing machine. Linen & towels supplied. Electric radiators. WIFI connection & tv. The closest subway station Saint-Paul is 5min walk away and allows you to reach any part of the city.

Excellent Marais location. Large studio apartment by Paris standards. Very communicative hosts with easy check in process. Stayed in early October so heat not an issue. Will stay again!

Great place to stay in beautiful Le Marais
It is the perfect place for a single person or couple to stay in one of Paris's most picturesque and lively districts.
Apartment was clean, functional and nicely decorated. Location was unbeatable. Sofabed could use an upgrade but my 12 and 14 year olds slept comfortably.
This comfortable apartment was an excellent base for exploring Paris. It was well supplied with everything we needed and was close to restaurants, shops, and transit lines.
Perfect well-appointed apartment for 2 people, good amenities, great location especially if you like shopping but also close to the river and easy access to metro. good communication with the host/agent.
Beautiful space and fantastic location. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would choose to stay here for our next visit. The flat had everything we needed and there are lots of shopping and food options just a short walk away. Highly recommend for one or two people.
The apartment was very ideal for our stay in Paris! The location can’t be beat! Close to excellent shopping and cafes! Walking distance to many places including the Notre Dame! Apartment was roomy enough considering we pretty much went there to shower and sleep! Highly recommend this place for a short stay in beautiful Paris.
Well appointed apartment in the heart of Le Marais district. Easy walk to Notre Dame and the river. Lots of nightlife outside the door so pack some ear plugs.
Great location. Very close to two metro stations. Very sweet neighborhood with great restaurants. The host was quick to respond and very accessible. Check in was a breeze and the apartment had everything we needed.
Overall, a great VRBO for the price! A great location to see Paris. It was clean, secure, and had everything we needed. Only cons are 1) hot water runs out quickly in the shower and 2) it can be loud at night due to a popular restaurant. But we were very happy and would stay again!

Thanks Laura for yoyr trust. It will always be a pleasure to receive you.
This property was located in a fantastic spot, lots to see and do and easily accessible to the metro, only a short 5 minute walk. The place was beautiful and makes you feel a part of the city. Communication was easy and straightforward with Samuel and I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if it is your first time in Paris, as it was ours.
This is a good stay for a young couple who appreciate a bohemian style. Not good for a family of four. Apartment furniture is very run down and not comfortable. But you can’t beat the price and get what you pay for.
Very cute place and very cute location. Super central.
However it comes with a consistent smell of falafel and noise that arise from the street, starting 5 am.
Place was exactly as described and great communication with owners. Very good location, the street had lots of nice cafes and restaurants as well as a very popular falafel place. Can get quite hot in the apartment and a bit noisy at night but with the windows shut not much noise can be heard. Would highly recommend and was easy for 4 friends with a large couch bed.

Hot in Les Marias
Great part of Paris but very popular restaurants just outside the flat. Had to keep windows closed due to noise. Very stuffy. Adequate though for younger travelers.
Our family of 4 stayed here for a week and it was sad to leave. The location is amazing, the neighbourhood is spectacular. The only down side is being surrounded by amazing restaurants means a lot of noise 24 hours a day. If we had earplugs we as in the adults would have slept a lot better, the kids didn’t hear a thing! Great fantastic amazing stay. Thank you and would definitely recommend and come again.
