Appartement conforme au descriptif, propre et très bien situé dans une zone calme (proximité centre ville , des plages). Très bon accueil du propriétaire .Le plus non précisé : situé à 5min du golf d'Houlgate en voiture (dans la continuité de la rue).Golf très intéressant à faire (diversité des situations de jeu importante)Possibilité de louer des vélos en centre ville (nous sommes allés au Pegasus Bridge distant de 25km via la "vélo maritime", bien indiquée.Proximité du marché au poisson de Dives (à 10 min à pied).La ville d'Houlgate a gardé son charme de la Belle Epoque .

Le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible, malgré notre retard sur l'heure d'arrivée. Il nous a fait visiter l'appartement et nous a donné toutes les explications nécessaires. Le logement est impeccable, très propre, très bien situé, comporte tout ce qui est utile pour passer de superbes vacances, literie et salle de douche parfaites. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et nous y retournerons assurément.

Pied à terre ideal pour decouvrir la cote!

Une semaine, c'est toujours court mais avec un pied à terre à côté de tout, on optimise et on profite encore plus! Petit appartement propre et fonctionnel, parfait pour notre sejour. On a adoré le calme de la terrasse.

Mooie en rustige locatie

Het appartement was net en de eigenaar heel vriendelijk en stipt. Spijtig genoeg was er geen wifi aanwezig, noch internet. De afstand naar zee met mooi zandstrand was slechts 100m, en naar het dorp met uitnodigende restaurants en winkeltjes 300m. Er is ook een mooi en groot terras aanwezig.

Très agréable séjour dans cet appartement lumineux et fonctionnel. L'environnement calme et la proximité de la plage (100m) et des commerces du centre ville en font un lieu de villégiature appréciable. Accueil très sympathique de la part du propriétaire.

Nous avons passe une agreable semaine. Appartement agreable et fonctionnel, avec de beaux volumes. Tres proche de la plage, ce que nous cherchions. Il y a même des jeux de société à disposition. Christian est tres arrangeant pour l’arrivée et le depart. En points d’optimisation : une couverture en plus car nous sommes frileux et un lave linge seraient top ! Merci et à une prochaine fois

Ruhig und ganz nah am Strand

Schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung, ruhige Lage, jedoch alles Wichtige (Strand, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants) zu Fuß zu erreichen. Strandspaziergänge nach Cabourg oder zu den Falaises De Vaches Noires konnten direkt vom Haus aus gestartet werden.

Appartement agréable , bien situé. Mobilier et décoration un peu vétuste. Séjour un peu perturbé par des travaux dans les immeubles. Propriétaires sympathiques, accueillants et attentifs au locataire.
