Beautiful home, found just around the corner from popular Gulf Place and Shunk Gulley from the same owners as Property #479228 with an Exceptional 5/5 review rating. It is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach at the Ed Walline public beach access. If relaxing by the private neighborhood pool is more your speed, it is directly across the street!

The home has a half bath just off the spacious and open kitchen and living room and a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor. There are two more king bedrooms with ensuites on the second floor (one of which has a porch that is perfect for morning coffee), as well as a third bedroom with ensuite that has two twin beds, each with a twin trundle bed beneath. New appliances in the kitchen and laundry room and each shower is custom built with separate control for water temperature and pressure. Off street parking pad at the front of the home.

Beautiful house and great location!

We enjoyed our stay here. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. We rented a golf cart, but it wasn't necessary to get to local restaurants and the beach. It was very clean, updated, and check out process was very easy. Highly recommend!

Great house and great location!

Loved our week in 30A and JT was a great host! The location is amazing with a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The view and menu at Shunk Gulley is a must.

July 4th getaway

I can’t speak highly enough of this house. Locations amazing, beds are super comfy, and three out of the 4 have kings beds. Great house for all. The owner JT was amazing as well. Super responsive and flexible as well. Well def be back.

Beautiful home

Really nice and clean, well furnished and comfy beds, couch, and great showers. Beach walk about 8 minutes. Right across from a cute neighborhood pool. Great communication from host JT. Thanks so much for letting us stay!

Perfect for our family

Thanksgiving week with Grandparents, Parents and kids and This property was just perfect, allowing for togetherness and privacy. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Clean and modern with well equipped kitchen. The owner was great and communicative. We recommend and will stay again in the future.
