Located at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon, this modern, yet comfortable alpine condo is minutes from world-class skiing at Alta, and snowboarding and skiing at Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude. This unique place is great for vacationing off ski season as well. Hiking, biking, and water sport opportunities abound. Interested in culture and city life? Downtown and the University of Utah are less than 20 minutes away with all that a vibrant metropolitan area has to offer-dining, shopping, events, and museums! (The Salt Lake International airport is an easy 20 minute drive.)

BACK HOME, Apres ski or after a full day exploring the area, relax in front of the fire on the sumptuous sectional. Kick back and watch the new big screen TV, or hop into the private second story deck hot tub with downtown SL city and mountain views.
KITCHEN: You will find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals in the clean, well appointed kitchen. S&P, quality spices, seasonings, & Olive oil. You will love the new cookware and good sized kitchen. The condo is great for a couples, families, or a group.

DINING OPTIONS: You can cook delicious meals at home or walk to the famous Porcupine Grill, Saola (Asian fusion), or Alpha Coffee House for local flavor, or take a short drive to one or many great restaurants, from casual to five star.

BEDROOMS: Retreat to the large, private, upstairs master suite with ample closets-the main closet is an enormous walk in. The master has a King bed, a big screen TV.
Two of the main floor bedrooms have queen beds, and the third has four twin beds. (bunks)

BATHROOMS; One full bathroom is a part of the upstairs Master suite, One full bathroom services the three main floor bedrooms, and one 3/4 bath is on the Entry level coming in from the garage. All are well stocked with towels, bodywash, shampoo & conditioner.

Big issue with the property is when we arrived it was very hot inside. AC obviously had been off and then turned on right at check in time. Upstairs took 12 hours to cool off. It was like sleeping in a sauna

Great place to stay in winter with a short drive to Snowbird/Alta and Solitude/Brighton

We loved this place! The private jacuzzi was awesome. Although we had an issue with the jacuzzi, Stacey, our host was on top of it and had it resolved the next day which was a weekend day. Thank you so much, Stacey. We would definitely return to this condo.

Awesome experience

My family and I had a spectacular stay. we had all the comforts, the kitchen with everything you need, everything very clean. Stacey her manager always aware of what was needed. We would return on another occasion because we liked the house very much. It has a very good location with markets and restaurants nearby and right on the way up the mountain.
