Best place to stay in West Maui. True ocean front property. We love seeing the turles as we enjoy lounging on the lanai. A perfect paradise!

Just tremendous

I wanted to write you a short note to thank for providing my wife and I excellent accommodations during our stay in Maui. The whole process of booking and getting into the unit was made very easy, and the condo was perfect for us. Having breakfast every morning to that view was magnificent(and the sunsets weren't too shabby either). The condo fit all our needs, and we have a new favorite spot on the island. Great place to stay on Maui!

We really enjoyed our time here. The view is amazing-saw sea turtles every day just off shore. The unit is nice, the kitchen well stocked. The chairs on the balcony are very low , which impeded the view and there was no hair dryer. Only minor inconveniences. The air conditioning was not sufficient to cool the bedroom but we found a fan in the closet. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone.

We stayed in #308 for two amazing weeks. If you love the ocean you will love this condo. The bed was very comfortable. The bed is important when you rent a Condo for two weeks. It was just like the one from home. Kitchen appliances were great. Brand new frig. Made plenty of ice and had plenty of room for our Costco Runs. Front room couch very comfortable. Flat screen Tv's in front room and bedroom. BUT, my favorite place in the Condo was the Lanai. We ate breakfast and drank our morning coffee while watching the turtles every morning. The grounds at the Haleialoha are maintained to perfection. The pool was crystal clean and the BBQ area. We have recommended this Condo to all of our friends and we are planning on returning in 2014. Thank you for sharing your home in Maui with us. ALOHA!

Do not stay here until they replace the refrigerator

I have never left a bad review not have I ever had to call for anything to be fixed in a condo and we visit Hawaii at least once a year. That being said, I had to call for additional extermination, that was no problem, they came right away. What killed it for us was that they know there is an issue with the fridge. It stopped working 1/2 way into our stay. I called and reported it and NOBODY CAME and NOBODY CALLED ME BACK. I do not recommend staying here until they replace the refrigerator. All of your food will spoil and you won’t be reimbursed.

Great Location

We loved our stay in this condo! We met so many owners and had such a good time. The location could not be better. Some of the feedback I did give the property manager is that the vacuum that was mentioned over a year ago still does not work so it's hard to vacuum up any sand that may be on the floor. The late afternoon sun shines straight into the condo and is blinding if you don't have the outdoor blinds pulled down. The blinds in this unit are shredded and wouldn't even come down. Also, if you look at most all of the other decks in the unit they all have taller deck chairs and tables. This unit has chairs that are much shorter so when you are sitting on them the railing on the deck completely blocks the view. We stacked 2 chairs together so it worked okay for the 2 of us. Last, the carpeting on the deck really needs to be replaced with tile or new carpeting as it's really tattered. Other than that the kitchen remodel is very nice and its a super comfortable place to stay.

Paradise in Napili Maui

Best views of ocean I've ever had. Property was well equipped for cooking, huge fridge w ice maker, a couple of minor maintenance issues. 2 burned out light bulbs, dishwasher could use replacing, window in bedroom that wont open and put a larger trash can in kitchen under sink. A/C unit worked great, however with Lanai doors open and windows open perfect ocean breeze kept things cool. King size bed very comfortable, excellent wifi and cable TV. Close to great restaurants, grocery store and world class golf at Kapalua.

Delightful place to spend a week

We were quite happy with our visit. It was great having a king bed and while the AC unit doesn’t do the best job of cooling the entire unit, we found it quite comfortable to just open the windows and not bother with it. The view from the lanai could not be better. The grocery store down the street is convenient and sells laundry supplies in laundromat packaging, and Bad Ass (like the donkey) Coffee is only a 5 minute walk. In a nutshell it was a great destination for a couple 40-somethings to get away for a week!

The property was great, but we tried to use the vacuum and it would just spit the dust right out behind us. The AC also made the deck extremely hot when it was on, so we tried to keep it off when we sat outside. You can see turtles swim by from the deck which was a magical experience. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Very convenient from everything around us. Clean and had everything we needed. All you need is to buy your food. Enjoyed seeing turtles on our last day. Felt safe while staying here. The bedroom was hot since the A/C is in the living room but the ceiling fan kept me cool at night.

Great condo near Lahaina

This condo was perfect for the two of us on an anniversary trip. Everything in the condo was represented accurately except there was no a/c in the bedroom. The a/c unit was in the living room and did a great job cooling that room but didn’t do much to push the cold air back to the bedroom. However once we got the hang of the trade winds blowing through the condo with all the windows open and figured out the timing, it was very comfortable. The pool area was very nice and we enjoyed the small beach next door to the building. Lots of good restaurants and activities nearby. The responsiveness of the property manager was great when we needed a few small items fixed ( broken toilet handle, light bulb needing to be replaced). We had a wonderful time and appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs provided.

Great time...

Everything went well at our stay except for the condo not being cleaned completely. The maid service came immediately once another maid called them so we just waited on the lanai until they were done. Other than that, it was a great stay. Love all the sea turtle sightings!

The turtles often do come to the backside of the property to feed in the shallows near dusk. It's definitely a treat to watch them bob along.
