Welcome to Clutch Cay, our oceanfront. first floor vacation condo perfect for a family beach vacation.

Between each guest, the condo is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for your family's safety and the safety of our community.

This beach condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and plenty of room to enjoy your time together. Enjoy your morning coffee on a large deck with ocean views.

The condo is a bright, clean, updated vacation beach condo that sleeps 6 comfortably with a one king bed in the master bedroom, which is ocean side. The second bedroom has one queen bed and one full bed. This bedroom is down the long hallway away from the master and living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities that you need to make meals at the beach (coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishes mugs, wine glasses, and more).

***linens ARE provided by a rental linen company, which also includes bathroom towels and wash rags. They arrived in a tote clean and fresh. I take care of setting the rental up for you. All you need to do is put the sheets on the beds and put the towles/rags in the bathrooms & kitchen. ***

SORRY, No check in or checkouts on Saturdays during the summer season.

Fun visit in N Topsail

Our visit was after Labor Day. My friend, visiting from Chicago, was enchanted with the view, the pool, and the stunning sunrises. Great accommodations and a beautiful beach. Quiet, uncrowded and peaceful.

Family vacation

Great location on the beach with pool. The sliding door was not usable during our stay so limited outdoor patio time. Could use some updating in kitchen with appliances and kitchenware. Needs newer patio furniture. No outdoor beach chairs or umbrella included but can be rented for a hefty price.

Another nice visit to Topsail

While we didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy this location, we do enjoy Topsail and this unit was fine. Chris, the owner, was on point with communication and we appreciated the hospitality.

Why they chose this property

Chris is from Colorado and moved to North Carolina not long ago. I feel in love with the area and so thankfully to call this area home. Growing up I played with horses and did anything outside.

My husband and I have worked very hard to have a little piece of paradise. Which we are glad to share with you. We have two young adventurous boys who love the outdoor life as much as we do.

We hope you find out little getaway as enjoyable as we do.
