About this property
Ideal family villa with swimming pool and pool house, for a cozy holiday
Our house is ideal for families: two children's bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and toilet, a master bedroom on the ground floor with bathroom and large Italian shower, separate toilet. Bedroom 1: a king size bed in 160, bedroom 2 a 90 cm bed and an extra bed, bedroom 3 a 90 cm bed.
The outdoor area is ideal for relaxation and barbecues and planchas.
The swimming pool area is fully secure (barrier, gate), 5 deckchairs and a parasol are available. The pool house is fully equipped for long evenings by the pool (summer kitchen, fridge, hob, dishes, etc.)
A veranda adjoining the living room is a real haven of peace with direct access to the swimming pool. Our accommodation is appreciated for the space it offers, its 1100 m2 garden, its well-equipped cozy pool area, in a very quiet village and its proximity to many points of interest. A table tennis table is also available, as well as a trampoline and a swing.
For your comfort we provide household linen: sheets, towels, tea towels.
Ideally located:
Uzès and its famous market are 25 km away, as is the PONT DU GARD (about 30 min)
Le Grau du ROI, Grande-Motte, Saintes Marie de la Mer and their beaches are an hour away by car.
The Cévennes can be reached within an hour by car.
Nîmes and its Roman remains are 25 km away
