This property is on the inter-coastal and has a dock so you can bring your boat. Just 500 feet from the beach. You will have access to the entire beautiful three story town home on the inter-coastal just feet away from the beach, restaurants, wine shop and coffee shop. Balconies on each floor. Two car garage and double driveway for parking. There is a pool that is only shared by only two other units. Dolphin and manatee swim in the back.

Great house

Location was great, very short walk to beach. The canal behind house kept the children entertained with fishing. Having the pool to ourselves. And the layouy of house was perfect for our family.

So much fun!

We had the best time! Loved the location! We were close to the beach and many great eating places. Had a pool and located on an intercostal waterway where we saw dolphins and caught catfish. I thought I might be disappointed by not being right on the beach but I spent more time on the 3rd floor balcony than anywhere. Was a lovely spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Would love to come back here!

Best kept secret

The host was easy to communicate with, and beyond accommodating. The rental was beautiful, and obviously much pride is put into it. This is one of the nicest, cleanest, and well stocked vacation properties I've ever stayed in. The oven stopped working half way through our stay, and within 20 minutes the host, her husband, and son arrived with the stove from their private unit! We recommend this unit above all others!

Great stay on the beach

Overall a great place to stay, downstairs bedrooms were not ideal, wouldn't have anyone sleep down there again, great views, place was clean, dock was wonderful for our boat, owners were very nice, and we would stay there again!
