We loved our stay here. It was clean and the check in process was smooth. We have stayed here before and will continue to do so because the host is very friendly and the home is beautifully maintained and just across the street from the beach. We paddle boarded on the amazing water in the back and saw dolphins. This was a great trip and stay and we will do it again. Thank you

Everything about this place was perfect, from the description of the property in the listing, to the location of the property. The view of the bay was unbeatable and the walk to the beach was barely a block. We hated leaving, but will definitely be back!

Nice home with a fantastic view and right across the street from a fabulous beach with easy access. Also near restaurants within walking distance! We had some issues with a couple of appliances and the company was pretty responsive. The view in the living room is lovely, however the lack of protection from the sun (no window film or curtain.. both would have been appreciated) made the room hot and not very usable until later in the day. The three bedrooms were nice, beds acceptable. Bathrooms were also acceptable.We always appreciate a home that accepts pets but the house was lacking mats and/or rugs- sound bounced around a lot. Mats or rugs would have also prevented the noise and helped contain the sand from spreading everywhere in the house. A nice place to stay that would be much more comfortable with some improvements.

We enjoyed our stay! Townhouse was very open and had great views of the bay! We saw a few dolphins and had some birds visit. Enjoyed all the balcony choices out back and the front. Recommend a stay here, especially if you want to be away from the more populated beaches. The beach was a short walk across the street. Great sunset!

This is our 3rd time staying at this property. Location is great as on the inlet and can see dolphins in the morning and at night. Just a few streets away from the beach, close walking distance and ease. Townhouse is clean and well stocked. We will be back again!

Great home in a great location.

Very safe and close location adjacent to Gulf beaches. Even closer proximity to beautiful bay/intracoastal waters.Home has great amenities and everything you need.Indeoendent coffee shop within a five minute walk. Excellent restaurant directly across the street. Fresh fish and great wine selection 2 doors away.

Great location. Inlet behind the house had about 5 dolphins every morning. Property is close to a good number of restaurants. House was very spacious and worked out great for us. We highly recommend.

Beautiful view

This townhome is right on the bay. We saw dolphins and manatees from our balcony. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach access. Lots of restaurants nearby nad a trolley stop right out front for trips to clearwater beach or Johns Pass.

The house was in a great location and good for our friends and us. The only thing that was wrong was the kitchen cookware was very old and not enough kitchen towels to clean up. Luckily I brought my own

Enjoyed Thanksgiving week in style. Beach Golf and a wonderful home base. Two of three children now live in Tampa-Bay so spending Thanksgiving in the area was perfect. Perhaps we will return as we really like the property. All the best! Thanks again.

Excellent property and location. Clean and pictures on Vrbo accurate. View of the bay off lanai was perfect and full of wild life. Only drawback was the amount of steps every day - about 20 from garage level to living room and another 25 from living room to bedrooms. Elevator in condo but not accessible by renters. Also, condo is dog friendly but city is not.

Bay views and easy beach access

Super spacious townhome, clean and wonderfully located. Short walk to the beach and multiple restaurants. Gorgeous views of the bay from the balconies. Plenty of seating in the living and dining room for a big group. Only dings....beds are soft, kitchen Teflon pans are pretty worn. On the plus side, lots of beach equipment left by others even though rental agreement does not guarantee this. We'd definitely book again!

Beautiful water views

Lovely location on the bay plus fresh fish market right next door. $3 margaritas at Seabreeze next door was also great. Many restaurants/bars are walkable. Trolley to John's Pass was an affordable way to get there. Short drive to Clearwater & St. Pete's. Lots of room with 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Saw lots of birds in the backyard & an occasional dolphin! Updating is getting there - the shower grout could use a good scrubbing & balconies need some work but overall clean & spacious.
