Beach Palms is a well maintained building. It has a court

yard and pool with barbeque grilling area. The beach stretches 6 miles

north to Clearwaterand 9 miles south to St.Pete Beach.

Take a short walk or drive to enjoy a dinner at one of the many fine

restaurants on Gulf Boulevard.

Only 25 minutes to St Petersburg/Clearwater airport. 45 minutes to

Tampa airport, Busch Gardens and Adventure Island water park.

90 minutes to Orlando, Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation. The heated pool is wonderful- good temperature and the surrounding palm trees and neighboring beach make it a tropical oasis. We enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. The condo is spacious and well appointed; pictures are accurate. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great time. Beach was not too busy. House has good view of beach, not far to walk to beach, and close to pool. Condo was spacious and clean, had sufficient kitchen supplies for meals.

Why they chose this property

I have always loved the Gulf Coast. This property is in a great location with a nice pool and beach and many restaurants and shops
The property and grounds are very well maintained by the building staff.

What makes this property unique

The condo is a 1st floor unit with a great view of the pool and the beach. The sunsets from my balcony are awesome. There is also a spiral staircase from the balcony that goes to the pool gate and out to the beach that most people love. You do not have to take the elevater if you do not want.
