Everything was wonderful except we booked a 3 bedroom condo as there were 3 couples going and they only provided parking passes for 2 vehicles. The 3rd couple ended up having to park in a parking garage costing an additional 240 for the 4 nights.

Great place. Awesome view.

The place was awesome. Only “complaint” would be helpful to understand what to do with more than one vehicle before you get there. I would stay there in the future.

feels like home

We have rented this property a couple times now, bringing different family down with us, and we nor our family have ever been disappointed. we love this condo, it’s so nice and most of so comfortable. This condo feels like our home away from home, we want to travel to other cities, but have always came back here and always will.

Great location

This 3 bedroom unit was perfect for 6 people. It is right on the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. There is no balcony as advertised but we spent most of our time on the beach. The unit itself has everything you need. It is a bit dated but we spent little time indoors. They have plenty of beach supplies - umbrellas and chairs. There are a few restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The pool was clean and lots of seating available. We loved it here.

Great location and view!

You can sit on the couch and view the beautiful ocean! Unit was very spacious and the kitchen was nice. Could have used some kitchen towels. I bought some and left for the next guests! The beds were older but I slept fine. Just beware they may roll away when you sit down on them! There is an elevator and everything has a code to get in! That was nice since you didn’t have to deal with a key!!! Overall nice rental for the money! The beach is very narrow so easy access and just a few steps and you’re in the water! Pool was nice too!

It was a lot of food under the big sofa. I had to clean everything since I have a toddler that everything she found on the floor she put it on her mouth. Other than that first 4 days were very nice until the apartment on top was under kind of remodeling and every day a very loud noise started at 7:00am. If it is a vacation place what people need more is to rest. I couldn’t sleep since that day. Even my baby.

Spring Break Getaway

After initial difficulty with the WiFi and cable, we had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and in a convenient location. It should be noted that although it is beachfront with a beautiful view, this condo does not have a balcony. It is said to have needed linens, yet the size of some of the bath towels is closer to an oversized hand towel. The listing mentions beach gear, but there are no beach towels, only the small bath towels which are what you use for the duration of your stay - no exchanges. There are several codes used at the property, most of which were provided, but we weren't given the code to the gate which allows access to the beach and had to ask another guest.

Love this area

This is our 2nd time in this condo and we absolutely love it. Indian Shores is between Clear Water and St Pete. Close enough to everything but away from all the congestion. It doesn’t have a public beach access nearby so the beach is never overly crowded. If you have kids and are looking for a quiet safe area, this is it. My daughter and I loved walking down to the ice cream shop in the evenings. The condo is secure with door locks and elevator codes to make sure that only guests can enter the premises. The pool was clean and heated. Very warm. We were there over Christmas. It was nice. The units have 2 or 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. We opted for the 3rd bedroom instead of a balcony but they looked nice. It has outside showers on the deck so you can rinse off the sand when you come off the beach. The kids seem to love that. It’s a lovely, reasonably priced condo. I would highly recommend this place to families. It has everything you need. If you need the nicest condo on the beach, keep looking, this isn’t it. If you want an affordable family vacation in a nice area, Holiday villas II is the place.

Nice place

This was our first time staying here for our family beach vacation. The place was nice. It came with all you needed to cook with in the kitchen. If you plan on using the grill, it's a bit of a hike to go back and forth to cook so we decided not to use the grill. The view was spectacular. I highly enjoyed drinking my coffee in the morning while looking at the beach. The beds were comfortable. The pool was clear on the top but very cloudy on the bottom to the point when my child went under water in the shallow end, I literally could not even see him anymore. We didn't go back in after that and just stuck to the beach. I wish the pool was in better condition but as far as the room we stayed in, we were very happy.

Fun in the sun

Really enjoyed our stay. Love the pool and the easy, close access to the beach. Wish there was a ceiling light in main bedroom and more comfortable bed in second bedroom. Highly recommended. Very close to all types of restaurants.

The day we flew out to Tampa it was 7 degrees in Maine. We landed in Tampa and it was in the 80s. The weather was great and you cant ask for nicer beaches. This condo is right on the beach. There are also many other attractions in the area like state parks, fishing, botanical gardens, shops, and restaurants. I would have stayed another month if I could have

Overall it was nice place to stay. It is somewhat outdated. The kitchen floor needs a good cleaning, especially the grout. The light from the hallway will keep the 2 bedrooms so bright. Thankfully someone had taped a bag up to kind of darken the room some. The curtain rod in the master room is barely hanging in the wall. Two of the locks were pushed in the door knobs. The living room and dining area stay hot and the towels need to be updated bad- they are more like towels that need to be cut down to make cleaning rags..

Great place and great location!

The condo was great! Very spacious and the location was excellent! The bathrooms were new and clean and the view was great! The kitchen was well equipped, just wish there was something like place mats and dish towels but besides that they had everything you could need. The only down side was the lack of enough towels to everyone (we were 5 people and there were only 4 bath towels, and no beach towels at all, I had to bring my own) and the master bedroom needs a blackout curtain because for some reason at night there’s a very bright light coming from outside that window, but overall it’s a great place at the beach just steps away from the ocean and they even have chairs and umbrellas you can rent if you don’t want to bring your own. Nice shops and restaurants just around the corner, really an amazing location. We’ll be back next year!

Family Beach Vacation

Me, my husband, my two daughters, granddaughter, and niece came for a week. We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was that the pool was closed until the last 2 days of our stay. Something about the pool pump and getting a part in to fix it. I totally understand that things break but it was disappointing for our family especially my 2 and half year old granddaughter.

Great trip

Our family of 4 stayed here for 1 week. We had plenty of room and a beautiful direct view of the ocean. We did not use the pool but saw many people at it during our stay. We went to the beach often, it is right out the back door! Lots of restaurants within walking distance and several supermarkets only a short drive away. The only very minor issues we had were the shortage of towels and their small size. Also we bought crab legs to cook for dinner one night and their were no cracker tools, but we made due. They also only start you off with a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, one trash bag and very watered down hand soup. If you are staying more than a couple of days you will definitely need to shop for your standard daily supplies. For the price of this location, this was was not a big deal to us. Although the extremely watered down hand soap was a bit much in my opinion, lol. If you can, pack some beach towels and bring quarters ($2 to wash and $2 to dry) wash your laundry if needed. The location, decent large condo, and price made this a spot we would definitely book again if coming back to the area.

Needs an upgrade and deep clean

Upside. Roomy and great location. Well stocked kitchen. Living room area had newer furniture. Now for the downside. Needs a deep clean and replacement of bedroom furniture. Bathrooms had mold around toilet bases. Bedroom furniture appeared to be purchased from yard sales. Beds were broken down. Needs blackout curtains in bedrooms as the courtyard lights beamed into the bedrooms. Kitchen stove is now cleaner than when we arrived since we cleaned with razor blades and cleaner. Oven needs a deep clean. Had maintenance in and replaced bedroom fan and bathroom fans, but exhaust is clogged and still needs to be cleaned out. Maintenance put GFIs in bathrooms and other outlets replaced too. Living room ROKU TV didn't work as it needed to be upgraded and reset. Owner needs to put some effort and money into replacements.

I absolutely can't wait to stay again

This place has absolutely everything you could ever need in a vacation rental. This place is clean, very relaxing and stocked with all the necessary thing's you will need for a fun week of fun in the sun. Waking up everyday to that view was just mind blowing. I am currently looking at staying here again in October.
