About this property

Beach Palms 307 is a beautiful oceanfront condo with updated amenities. The building includes an oceanfront heated pool with 2 gas grills pool side and straight access to the beach. The condo includes everything you need for a great stay! This three-bedroom, two bath unit features two rooms with king size beds and one room with two twin beds to fit everyone in with comfort. The living area has a 55" Smart TV with 40" Smart TVs in all the bedrooms. All linens are included along with unit towels and washer and dryer. This unit also includes oceanfront balcony with table & chairs to relax with your morning coffee or enjoy a meal watching the waves.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean. It was well supplied. Everything was in very good shape. The location was the best. We like the location of the beach because it is close and a bad walk. Rick the owner was so good to talk to. He answered if we sent a message and took good care of us. We will be renting again.
