Proximity to beach and restaurants was a definite plus. Unit was clean and the view from balcony was great. Traffic noise was loud at times - but not much you can do about that. Really appreciated the provided beach chairs and umbrellas. Also, communication with Samuel was great.

Location was great. Beach access was wonderful. It was nice having chairs and an umbrella in the condo. Pool was nice however a little inconvenient not having a bathroom by it. The condo was ok. Really needs some cleaning though out!! Don’t walk around in white socks or barefoot!! I was afraid to leave the dryer running upon checking out vent is so dirty. This was a 125 a night condo not what we paid.

The condo is cleaned before each arriving vacationer and I will provide a follow-up of your observations to the cleaning service. The dryer removable lint screen had been removed and installed incorrectly during your stay which resulted in excess lint to accumulate. Thank you for being this to our attention as we have cleaned the dryer vent. If you brought these observations to my attention during your vacation, instead of waiting to post it in your review, I would have remedied them immediately. The condo was just as described. The location, view, amenities, were wonderful. It had everything we needed and then some.The property was incredibly clean. Having lawn chairs inside the pool area and outside of the pool area was fantastic! Many of the hotels and condos on this beach have a long walk accross the sand, from the resort to the water. This property is so close to the water!The owner was easy to communicate with, very prompt with replies, and helpful.We recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again.We appreciated the condo having beach chairs, umbrelllas, sand toys, water toys.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. It was roomy and spacious, and the view was perfect for those evening sunsets.The condo could use some new accessories, such as towels, cookware, and a full set of silverware. Beach chairs were provided, which was super nice; however, they were rusty and broken. Would these things stop me from staying there again? Absolutely not!! We had a wonderful stay!

The condo had everything for our vacation needs. From a fully equipped kitchen to all the supplies we needed for beach days. The balcony had the perfect view of sunsets every night. Checking in was easy and our host was easily reachable for that process. Having a washer and drier was key for all the beach towels and bringing home clean laundry at the end or our stay! The location was perfect and walking distance to johns pass. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation!
