Renovated 200 m² Savoyard farmhouse facing Mt Blanc
Located on the hillside with an exceptional view of the chain of the Mt Blanc massif, this half of farm (condominium) of 200 sqm completely renovated will seduce you with its services and its location close to all resorts in the Land of Mt Blanc. It has a balcony / terrace and a private garden (barbecue and plancha).
Chalet composed of 2 levels:
-1st level of 100 m²: 4 bedrooms (4 beds 140) including 3 with private bathrooms.
2nd level:
-Stay / open kitchen of 90 m² with balcony facing Mont Blanc (possibility to eat there). Fully equipped kitchen.
-Mezzanine with 1 double bed (140)
Linen provided (sheets, towels, kitchen towels).
The hillside of Passy offers many opportunities for hiking with a culminating Passy named Plaine Joux (exceptional view of the chain of Mt Blanc 10 minutes from the cottage).
The chalet is ideally located with easy access to the various resorts of the valley
