Bénodet, very quiet and very bright apartment, 2 bedrooms (capacity 5 people - 50 m²) duplex on the first and last floor of a small residence, ideally located in the heart of the resort.

- 250 m from the beach
- close to shops and market

Ground floor:
- living-dining room (TV, speaker, radio), balcony (a small table and two chairs), fitted and equipped kitchen open to living room: induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine - washing machine / dryer, kettle, toaster, capsule espresso

Floor:
- bedroom 1: a 140 x 200 bed
- bedroom 2: a 140 x 190 bed + a 90 x 190 bed on the mezzanine
- bathroom with basin and bathtub with shower screen and shower column with hydro-massage jets (hairdryer, iron)
- separate WC

location avec décoration sympa comme sur les photos. Accueil sympatique. Petits objets utiles sur place (épices, huile, vinaigre, papier toilette et essuie tout). bien localisé (central dans Benodet et proche de la plage). idéal pour 3 personnes (couple avec jeune ado ou adulte) comme nous. Nous recommandons!!!

5-Sterne Appartement T3-Duplex

Herzlichen Dank an Béatrice und Roland für die Bereitstellung ihres sehr schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartements während unseres 10tägigen Urlaubes in Bénodet! Wir haben uns dort von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Nicht nur, dass die Wohnung auf zwei Etagen mit viel Liebe gestaltet worden ist, macht den Aufenthalt dort sehr angenehm, sondern auch, dass alles Praktische vorhanden ist. Es fehlt wirklich an Nichts! Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Hafen geben hierzu das "i-Tüpfelchen". Leider ist Bénodet selbst rein touristisch ausgerichtet. Es gibt keinen richtigen Stadtkern und es sind nur wenige Restaurants und Bars vorhanden. Die "Bretagne" sucht man hier vergebens. Vor allem sind die Restaurants am Strand und am Hafen zu meiden, weil sie qualitativ nicht gut und überteuert sind. Das etwas schmuddelig daherkommende "La Baraque" gegenüber überzeugt allerdings von einer sehr guten Küche. Créperien sollte man sich möglichst außerhalb des Ortes suchen. Alles in Allem war es aber ein gelungener Urlaub! Die Umgebung von Bénodet, die weitläufigen Strände, die malerischen Städtchen und die Nähe zu Quemper machen den Urlaub zum Erlebnis.

L'appartement est agréable et idéalement situé pour passer un bon séjour à Bénodet. Il est bien meublé et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour accueillir une famille. Je le recommanderai.
