Detached T2 adjoining our main residence and quality services (new housing).
The 32m2 apartment is composed of:
- an entrance with cupboard
- a living room with a convertible sofa
- an open kitchen fully equipped: fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, oven, induction hob, washing machine
- a master bedroom with double bed 140 and dressing
- independent bathroom with shower and toilet
- a flowered exterior with dining table and parasol

Hameau calme et agréable, très propre et à proximité des villes à visiter Biarritz, Anglet, Saint Jean de Luz ....vaut le détour. Propriétaires sympathiques prêts à répondre aux questions des nouveaux arrivants. Je conseille vivement.
