The house is located 5 minutes walk from the village, the environment is very quiet.
The house is very pleasant to live and offers a magnificent view of the bay of Cannes.
The pool is ideally facing south.
The village of Speracedes is located between the seaside (1/2 hour) Lake St. Cassian and at the foot of the Alps.
At your disposal 4 televisions, one with cable and another channel +.
Two nice sheep will keep you company because in semi freedom on the ground.
