The house is equipped with a bathroom on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms upstairs, one with walk-in shower.
The kitchen of 40m ², particularly convivial, is entirely equipped and opened on the garden.
The spacious living room also gives directly onto the garden and the pool, and enjoys a breathtaking view.
On the floor, you will benefit from a mezzanine equipped with a living room TV and a foosball.
In the basement, you will have access to the sauna, as well as all the conveniences of a scullery (washing machine, dryer and refrigerator
extra, iron and ironing board).
