Stay at one of the most well-located, updated, modern, and private buildings across from the beach. This intracoastal water view condo has been beautifully upgraded throughout, with new furniture and decor for a fantastic vacation experience.
The master bedroom, with new Queen bed, private bathroom, walk in closet and a 42 inch smart TV is designed for full privacy and enjoyment. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with new upgraded mattress, and is located away from the living room area for quiet and privacy. The kitchen is all updated with granite countertops and quality appliances, and is completely stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and kitchenware. Inside, you'll also have access to free WiFi Internet service, couple of quality beach chairs, bicycles, beach towels and beach cart. There is a full-size washer and dryer inside for your use, and the unit has a private assigned parking space.
The living room area includes a dining area and large screen TV, and leads out to the large private balcony. Relax outside, and watch over the kids in the pool, or just enjoy the incredible views of the dolphins, manatees, and our amazing sunsets!

Beautiful Condo close to the beach

This place is perfect. The home is well equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay. Bella has thought of everything I don’t think the pictures do it justice. We were absolutely delighted with everything It’s close to many restaurants, Publix nearby and walking distance to the beach. We would definitely seek out this spot again

Excellent Property in a Great Location

Had an excellent long weekend staying at this condo. It was clean, comfortable and provided everything necessary to enjoy the beautiful beach on Treasure Island! Close enough to walk to just about anything you'd want or need. The location on the waterway is just far enough away from the main road that it is extremely peaceful as well.

Great condo at Treasure Island!

This condo was very clean and had everything we needed! The pool was lovely, and we loved the view of the Intercoastal Waterway. It was nice to be within walking distance of so many things. We would definitely stay here again!
