Apartment of 55 M2 on the ground floor with courtyard. It is located in the immediate vicinity of Mégacité, the Unicorn stadium, the racecourse and the Zenith. it does not take you more than 5 minutes walk to the Zenith You will find a room with double bed, a living room living room with sofa bed system rapid 2 seats bultex mattress, two armchairs, a functional fireplace, a reading room and screen separate with retro Atari console, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is half an hour walk from the city center side of the House of Culture and served by the Bus Ametis B7 which can reach the North Station in 25 minutes. Very quiet environment, you have a private parking space in the closed courtyard of the building, free parking is no problem facing the apartment
