Very luminous, you will enjoy the « arty » style creating a contemporary, airy and quiet atmosphere to make your holiday unforgettable. The rooftop is breathtaking, overlooking the old town and the roman tower, perfect for a late breakfast, a romantic diner or a sunset drink, it’s one of the biggest available terrace in Nîmes. Only you have access to the rooftop, so you can go topless on the sundeck ! There is a fully equipped kitchen, small bathroom with shower, washbasin and a WC. Family or friends will enjoy the bedrooms being on opposite side for intimacy. This location places you within a few-minute walk from the Roman Arena, the Carré d'Art and Roman "Maison Carré" temple, the "Fontaine Gardens » or the famous « halles de Nîmes » a covered food market and a wealth of restaurants for al stylish dining. Merci beaucoup pour votre retour ! Je suis heureux de savoir que vous avez profité du quartier, du marché et de la richesse historique de Nîmes. Les croissants des Halles à 2 minutes sont effectivement irrésistibles…
Le garage est en effet étroit pour entrer, mais reste adapté à une voiture de taille normale. Il est vrai que c’est devenu un vrai luxe de disposer d’un garage individuel au RDC en plein centre de Nîmes..

Schöne Wohnung an toller Lage
Pepito hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen.
Die Wohnung war sauber,gut ausgestattet und total gut gelegen.-nahe beim Zentrum.
Die Dachterrasse ist schön.
Leider sind die Möbel -vor allem auch die Kissen -sehr in die Jahre gekommen,die Pflanzen ungepflegt..Schade!
Aber alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung.

Appartement agréable idéalement situé , à quelques minutes à pied des Halles, de la Tour carrée , des Arènes , des Jardins de la Fontaine …, Quel dommage que l’accès au roof top vendu comme exclusif se transforme à peine une semaine avant l’arrivée , en espace partagé avec un autre appartement ??? Quand les autres locataires invitent des amis le soir et que de quatre ils passent à dix , c’est évidemment beaucoup moins convivial … P’ aurait aimé le savoir à la prise de location

Tout d'abord, nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de rédiger un commentaire car c'est ainsi que nous améliorons notre service.
Le roof top a une surface de 70m2 avec 4 espaces indépendants (2 "chill out" apéros et 2 déjeuner/dîner à table), plus des chaises longues-bain de soleil. Après un sondage auprès de nos clients réguliers, il nous semblait évident de ne pas le cloisonner. C’est une des plus grande terrasse à louer à Nîmes sur cette plateforme de location. Elle est suffisamment grande pour que chacun puisse en profiter pleinement et Il arrive souvent qu’un seul appartement soit loué.
Les personnes dont vous parlez m’ont gentiment demandé si ils pouvaient recevoir de la famille qui habite sur place pour un soir. C’est rare mais cela arrive, nous sommes désolé que cela vous ai dérangé.
Comme vous l’avez précisé, Chez Pepito est idéalement situé. Notre appartement est très confortable mais il serait dommage que vous passiez toute la journée à l'intérieur et que vous manquiez toutes les belles choses à voir et à faire à l'extérieur.
Ce n'était peut-être pas la meilleure expérience pour vous, mais nous espérons que vous reviendrez à Nîmes (même si vous ne restez pas avec nous) et profiter vraiment de ce que cette ville a à offrir.
