The beach is 200 meters away, as well as the seafront promenade leading to Thiers Pier. The bike path along the seafront is 50 meters from the villa.
The villa is on 2 floors: completely renovated, ideal for 4 people, max.
Free street parking all year round. TGV station and TER 15 minutes walk
Recent equipment, WIFI, all comfort, decoration spirit "cabin". RC: A living room with sofa bed comfortable, convertible 140x200, flat screen TV with Box, a separate toilet, a separate fully equipped kitchen, (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, espresso) , Toaster, kettle), followed by a patio planted with plancha, outdoor dining table and chairs, deckchair for lazy days.
FLOOR: A large bedroom with balcony equipped with a 140X200 bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, followed by a second bedroom opposite to the patio, with two bunk beds of 90X200, bedside tables, wardrobe and flat screen TV, BB bed Folding, a shower room with Italian shower and washing machine, tumble dryer.
Practical side: The villa is ventilated by a VMC, and offers a good level of comfort and charm. Bicycle rental 150 m, to take advantage of the many bike paths of Arcachon. The street, with free parking, always offers the possibility to park nearby.

Kleines Haus - großartiger Urlaub

Sehr schönes kleines Haus. Zentral gelegen, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort. Wir waren mit den Kündern dort und hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen.

Séjour à Arcachon

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine à partir du 20/08 dans cette petite maison du centre ville. La maison est tres charmante au style tres appréciable Arcachonnais. La maison est très bien située à 2 pas du bassin et du plein centre ville. La voiture une fois garé ( sans difficulté même au mois d'aout dans la rue du cours Lamarque ) n'est plus utile car tout ce fait tres bien à pied. La maison est tres bien équipée et bien décorée nous nous y sommes sentis tous tres bien. Le patio arrière coté cuisine est un grand plus pour une maison du centre ville, tres pratique pour étendre le linge ou serviette de plage ou tout simplement pour y manger ou prendre l'apéritif. Nous avons passé un séjour super agréable! Un grand merci !

Internetauftritt passt nicht zur Realität - le site ne correspond pas à la réalité

Zuerst einmal möchte ich festhalten, dass die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Besitzer und Vorort mit der Dame verantwortlich für Reinigung und Schlüsselübergabe einwandfrei war. Die Lage zum Strand und zur Innenstadt von Arcachon sind hervorragend. Das Haus ist nicht geeignet für Besucher mit Fahrräder, der schmale Durchgang (Hofgang) gemäß Internetbild gehört nicht zum Haus, so dass zur nächtlichen Sicherung der Fahrräder diese ins Wohnzimmer gestellt werden müssen. Die hohen Hauseingangsstufen erschweren den Prozess zusätzlich. Die großen Mülltonnen, die im kleinen Hof stehen, müssen ebenfalls durchs Haus geschleppt werden und nicht durch den gezeigten Hofgang. Darüberhinaus ist das Haus renovierungsbedürftig (löchrige Gardinen, verrostete Dusche und Spülmaschine, defekte Küchenlampe, nicht abschließbare Hoftüre, Duschwasser läuft unzufriedenstellend etc.). Bettzeug (laut Internet: Bettzeug wird bereitgestellt) war nicht vorhanden.

Toller Urlaub

Süßes kleines Haus mitten im Zentrum von Arcachan. das Auto benötigt man nicht, da alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Besitzer haben uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen und waren sehr hoilfsbereit. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub.
