Great location, close to beach, ice cream, restaurants mini golf etc. Indoor & outdoor pools were clean & fun. Little playground on site for kids. Breakfast items were ok, free coffee all day

The hotel is a bit dated but the rooms have some decent upgrades. The only thing is the tvs are not smart tvs... so they have to be 10 years old. So be prepared to entertain kids once they are.done swimming. Both pools very nice.

The walls are quite thin and you can hear everything happening in the rooms around you as well as the hallways. I was double charged for my rooms but the manger fixed it promptly . It was ok for a weekend but I don’t think I would like the noise level for longer than a couple of nights

The property was convenient to my purpose for visiting Yarmouth, MA. The hotel was kid friendly. Th pools were enjoyable and open for a good portion of my stay.

I live locally and took my grandkids for use of the indoor pool, which was fabulous. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was the basic hotel fare, just fine. The grandkids enjoyed making waffles. The facility is worn with a few door panels that are coming loose, including our bathroom door in room 105 and one of the bathroom stall doors in the ladies bathroom by the pool.

Great place to stay!

We stayed over on a short trip to Cape Cod. Rooms were cozy and clean. Breakfast was just what you needed for a whale watching boat trip. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place to stay for vacation

Very nice place that is clean and taken care off. Pool outside was so welcoming on a hot summer day! My daughter loved the inside heated pool and hot tub!
