Anniversary

We travel often, I enjoy my breakfast, this stay was a big disappointment. No breakfast meats. Breakfast was a small pan of home fries and a small pan of scrambled eggs, along with a waffle machine. There also was bread and watermelon. Breakfast should at least ham one of the following, ham, sausage, bacon.

The property was convenient to my purpose for visiting Yarmouth, MA. The hotel was kid friendly. Th pools were enjoyable and open for a good portion of my stay.

Nice place to stay for vacation

Very nice place that is clean and taken care off. Pool outside was so welcoming on a hot summer day! My daughter loved the inside heated pool and hot tub!

It was a nice stay. They decorated beautifully the room. I was impressed but the only drawback was the cable wasn’t working and we couldn’t watch what we wanted

Mu family and I stayed 4 days at the resort. It was wonderful. Clean, quiet, staff was personable, kind and always willing to help. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were clean. My grandchildren loved the playground which was well maintained. I definitely recommend the Resort anytime, as a matter of fact we are looking to return next summer.

The location is good close to a lot of restaurants and beach. I was disappointed that there is cockroaches on the floor and the refrigerator is So old that there is rust all over it.

Nice stay

Pictures were accurate. Room was very clean. Bed and mattress were excellent. Located right next to premium ice cream shop. Resort is not exactly a resort but we didn’t care. TV was not good quality. Overall well worth the price.

Charming enough

We were just passing through, so this place worked great. It's not luxury by any means, but it's clean and the staff is friendly. My only actual complaint was that there isn't an elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs, request something on the 1st floor. I have a disability, but thankfully my husband was there to help or I'd have been sleeping in the car. I don't think their listing says anything about it, so just be aware.

The most disturbing thing in our room was a very noticeable soft spot in the floor in front of the TV. Possible water damage. It was a very bouncy, spot in the floor. You could feel yourself sink a bit everytime you walked on it. The toilet wasn't clean either.
