About this property

On the second floor of a quiet residence, located 300 m from the beach and a few minutes from shops, town center, large InterMarché and Super U stores (a small SPAR at 250 m), this 44 m2 apartment offers you a vast living room with a kitchen / dining area. A comfortable sofa bed (Bultex mattress) allows the sleeping of two adults. A balcony provides panoramic views of Bourgneuf Bay. Overlooking the living room, a mezzanine can accommodate two children (2 beds 90 x 190). A comfortable bedroom has a 140 x 190 double bed (new Merino bedding). The apartment also offers a bathroom with tub / shower. Separate toilets. Ideally located in the center of the island, the Le Beach residence in the village of Sables d'Or is close to tourist sites such as the Gois, the salt marshes, the castle, the port and the old Noirmoutier. You can also go to the fishing port of l'Herbaudière to taste fish and seafood.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in schöner Lage

Eine sehr helle, freundliche, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Man blickt vom Wohnraum aus auf das Meer und gelangt in 5 Minuten zu Fuß direkt zum Strand, es ist herrlich. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür, die Wohnung hat einen eigens zugewiesenen Parkplatz. Der Kontakt zur verwaltenden Conciergerie war jederzeit sehr gut. Wir haben uns alles in allem sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Très bel appartement cossu avec tout le nécessaire au 2ème étage s

Au 2 ème étage sans ascenseur, un très bel appartement très bien équipé pour la cuisine . Le mobilier est fonctionnel . Il serait souhaitable d'avoir le mode d'emploi des radiateurs. Une précision: le radiateur du salon avait un fonctionnement très compliqué et aléatoire; nous avons dû utiliser le chauffage d'appoint Il faudrait préciser que l'accès à la mezzanine est plutôt réservé à une population jeune. Logement à recommander avec une conciergerie au top
