Madame, Monsieur,nous avons loué la maison de vacances à Barbâtre du 17/07 au 01/08/2025 pour un prix total de 1 937,45 .Nous sommes malheureusement contraints de demander le remboursement d'une partie du loyer, car le logement était inhabitable en raison d'une forte nuisance olfactive persistante provenant de la fosse septique/des égouts de la propriété voisine. Après avoir tenté en vain de remédier à la situation, nous avons dû quitter le logement prématurément le 25/07/2025.Résumé des faits :1. Le 21 juillet 2025, une odeur fécale importante s'est manifestée pour la première fois sur la propriété. La concierge que nous avons contactée a pris des mesures pour remédier à la situation sur la propriété louée.2. Cependant, les odeurs nauséabondes ont persisté les jours suivants (du 22 au 24 juillet), provenant désormais clairement de la propriété voisine. Nous avons de nouveau demandé de l'aide, mais la concierge nous a informés qu'elle n'était pas compétente et qu'elle ne connaissait pas le voisin.3. Comme la nuisance était permanente et importante (même la nuit), il était impossible d'utiliser la terrasse et de vivre confortablement dans la maison sans garder les fenêtres fermées en permanence.4. Nous avons documenté la situation à l'aide de photos (du 24 au 26 juillet) et avons déménagé le 25 juillet 2025, car le séjour était devenu insupportable.

Belle semaine de vacances

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cette petite maison confortable et bien équipée. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse protégée et du barbecue. La plage est à 200 m à pieds.
