About this property

Family home, fully air-conditioned, private pool, Var countryside.

Our spacious house is located on a very quiet site, with a large plot and a clear view of the vineyards and the hill. It is ideally located geographically between the Mediterranean Sea and the Lac de Sainte-Croix Gorges du Verdon.
In summer, you can enjoy the private swimming pool as well as the large terrace, part of which is covered in hard and the other part very shaded by wisteria and mulberry trees.
On the ground floor: the kitchen, the dining room and the living room are adjoining, each with access to the terrace through a French window on the kitchen side, then two large picture windows on the dining room and living room side.
Also on the ground floor, two large double bedrooms and a desk with a sofa bed, a large bathroom (2 sinks, separate bath and shower) and the separate toilet.
Upstairs: games room (sofa, TV, video games, board games, books), 3 bedrooms with large 140 cm bed and a bathroom with shower + separate toilet

Lovely house with a beautiful outdoor area

We had a lovely week at the house, and Veronique is the perfect host. She is very hospitable and friendly! In the add we did not see that the air conditioning is only for the second floor, so some of the nights were quite hot in the downstair bedrooms. The outdoor area with the pool and dining area makes for a very nice holiday with nice meals and sunbathing. We really recommend this place.

We had a lovely vacation! Very good communication with the houseowner and friendly welcome with full explanation. The accommodation itself is fantastic, quietly located, on walking distance of supermarket, bakery or brasserie. Very spacious for house and surroundings, big swimming pool & terrasse and enough place for 'jeux de boules', ping-pong, sunbathing, etc etc. One of the nicest places we have been to (and we are going to South of France since more than 15 years.

Très belle maison, spacieuse et confortable

Très belle maison, avec beaucoup d'espaces, bien aménagée et parfaitement équipée pour notre groupe de 12 personnes. Véronique a été aux petits soins, réagissant très rapidement à nos demandes. Très bien située pour se balader dans la région et atteindre rapidement les commodités, tout en profitant du calme environnant. Le chemin d'accès est emprunté également par les voisins de la maison du dessus (sans vis-à-vis) mais notre chien ne s'est pas montré intéressé.

Location appropriée pour famille de 12 personnes. Propriétaire agréable, nous avons pu arriver pour 11h au lieu de 16h et partir à 16h au lieu de 11h 😁 Mon fils étant arrivé le 1er pour la remise des clefs (pas d état des lieux), il n avait pas de chèque pour la caution et la propriétaire à fait confiance (encore merci) Jardin très agréable, Abord de la piscine très fonctionnel - bel espace Une terrasse ombragée de rêve. Toutefois des finitions à revoir : La piscine n était pas opérationnelle malgré ma demande, Le ménage arrivé pas fait, Le wc bouché après 1 journée (fosse septique) apparemment problème récurent, Cela pourrait être une très belle maison si mieux entretenu et si travaux fini

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique propriété, idéalement située et au calme. La maison était spacieuse, les espaces extérieurs superbes.
